The boss also gave us an umbrella when it rained, which was very heartwarming. It's very close to the station and there's a temple at the door.

Everything was good, the only downside was that it's a bit far from the JR station, making it slightly inconvenient to carry luggage. Free toiletries and coffee were provided. The front desk staff were very patient.

Facilities: Aside from the lack of a washing machine, there was a shared microwave, ice machine, and water dispenser. Overall, I was very satisfied! Cleanliness: I have high standards for cleanliness, and the hotel room was very clean. I was very satisfied! Environment: The location was okay. The convenience store was a little far, but it was very close to Kyoto Station—two bus stops, one subway stop, and a 15-minute walk. The surrounding area was quiet and mostly comprised of hotels. You could borrow manga from the front desk. The only downside was the room, which was a bit small; you could barely fit two suitcases. There was no balcony, so you had to drain your laundry before hanging it under the air conditioner to dry. Overall, it was quite good. Service: The hotel staff were very welcoming and answered all my questions. You could borrow various popular manga from the front desk, coffee was free, and all toiletries were self-service. You only needed to leave your trash at the door; you didn't need to take it to a collection point! Summary: Satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kyoto!

We were sightseeing in Kyoto by car, and there was a coin parking lot nearby, which was convenient. The receptionist was very kind. The coffee and unlimited manga reading service were also excellent. The room was spacious and easy to use. However, the smell of the pillows was a bit of a concern. We stayed with our family of four, and everyone was very satisfied. We would recommend this place to others and would like to use it again.

The front desk staff were also kind and polite. Bathrobes are provided, but it would have been nicer if they had pajamas.

I stayed at this hotel for a night without meals around Kyoto Station. The staff were very helpful and explained everything to me. There was a cafe nearby for breakfast, which made it very convenient.

The hotel is located in a small alley across from Higashi Honganji Temple. Turn left and walk straight to the main intersection (Kiyomizu Gojo-dori), where you'll find a 7-11. Turn right and walk about three minutes straight to a FamilyMart. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so most of the time, you'll want to stay near Kyoto Station. I stayed in a four-person room, each with a bed. The pillows were a bit high, but everything else was fine. Kyoto Station is a 10-minute walk away. Walking isn't an option for popular attractions, so take the bus or a taxi. The taxi fares are reasonable, with Takashimaya costing around 1,000-1,200 yen. I didn't use the bus, but for a group of four within a 2-kilometer radius, a taxi is usually a good option. The bus fare is 230 yen per person, and it takes 6-7 minutes to walk out.

Overall it's not bad. It's in a small alley and very quiet at night. You won't be woken up when you sleep, which is very good. But the hygiene details need to be paid attention to. The paper box and remote control are all covered with dust, which is a bit annoying.

I think the overall experience was great. The boss was very welcoming and even mentioned that he had worked in Taiwan. He recommended us some delicious local restaurants. It was a great accommodation experience. The only pity was that there were no windows in the room, so we couldn't enjoy the scenery outside.
