Their basic etiquette was appalling; they secretly peeked into our room to see what we were doing, then got defensive and spouted nonsense. I must commend the person on the 5th floor, who I assume is a supervisor or manager. They handled the situation responsibly and were very kind and thoughtful. Additionally, the two front desk staff members were also excellent. Our stay coincided with my child's birthday, and the hotel even provided longevity noodles, which was a very thoughtful gesture! It's just that one ** staff member on the 5th floor really spoiled the experience."

At this price, I can't expect too much."
