I booked a total of five nights. First, two nights here, then two nights in Kamakura, three nights in Hakone, and then back here for three nights, before moving to Tamachi for two nights. Tonight is my first night. I flew JAL from Beijing and landed at 7:30 PM. After clearing customs, I took the subway and arrived here without any issues. From Terminal 3 at the airport, I took the Tokyo Monorail, transferred to the Rinkai Line at Tennozu Isle, got off at Kokusai-Tenjijo, and walked to the hotel in about five minutes. The whole journey took about 40 minutes. The hotel's surroundings are excellent – quiet and comfortable.
There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. The hotel has its own restaurant, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the second floor that also offers simple meals.
Getting around Tokyo from the hotel is easy. The Yurikamome line is right next to Kokusai-Tenjijo, and there's a bus station at the subway exit, making bus travel convenient too. The hotel also has an airport shuttle service, but you need to book in advance.
Regarding the rooms, I first stayed in a smaller twin room for two nights, which was absolutely spotless. The hotel is quite new. When I returned to Tokyo, I stayed in a 26-square-meter twin room for three nights, which offered great value for money. It was 1000 RMB a night because it was Valentine's Day, but the other nights were at regular prices.
I've been to Japan over thirty times and Tokyo eight times, and this is by far the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Tokyo. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

Good location, near Tokyo Big Sight. Very convenient for business travellers or conference participants.
Polite and friendly hotel staff. Small clean room with excellent breakfast. Limited amenities in the hotel, as it is more like a business hotel. Food options are available within the hotel and nearby malls. Not forgetting the Gundam statue nearby.

Booked the hotel as it was near ariake arena. Love the area! Quiet neighbourhood with a shopping center nearby that does tax free on the spot. Around a 30 mins travelling to be at the touristy area but nothing of as hassle. Can be a bit of a hassle to go to narita airport with many transfers but its nearer to haneda

Cleanliness: No issues.
Ambiance: I had a room with a view of Ariake Arena, which was generally nice. The bedroom is right as you enter, so all bedrooms are quite spacious. The bathroom is at the very back. If you don't like the bed being right by the entrance, you might want to avoid this. Also, the bedroom doesn't get much natural light because the bathroom is on the outside with a window (a transparent glass bathroom).
Service: If you're coming to the hotel from outside the building, there are absolutely no signs, elevators, or escalators to get to the hotel lobby on the 2nd floor. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs to reach the hotel's main entrance. It's hard to imagine a hotel of this caliber having such an arrangement.
Facilities: It's hard to believe that a hotel at this price point and level doesn't come standard with a bathtub.
To clarify a misconception: no room in this hotel offers a direct view of Big Sight.

Knew that the place was small so the lugguges have to be placed at their lobby! Had to have everything needed to be taken out & carried to the room instead~ Was actually out for the whole day so it was of much a issue. I actually love that there is a 24 hour noodles shop nearby & the noodles is really good~ Will stay here again for next solo trip if it's near my event venue!

The rooms are clean, and there's a front desk staff member who speaks Chinese, providing excellent service. This is my 'nth' time staying here, and it's a hotel with great value for money. The only downside is that sometimes there are many tour groups, and the lobby can get quite crowded.

For sisters on a budget, this place is a great option. It's not expensive and just a 3-minute walk from Cheon-wang Market subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. You can also enjoy the free hot springs. The front desk staff downstairs were incredibly helpful, even processing our check-in with their limited Chinese, which was really sweet. Overall, the service is quite good, and the environment is decent. The rooms aren't huge, but they're clean and the facilities are complete. There's a gym, but you need to book in advance; if you don't, you won't be able to get in. Plus, there's a fee of a few dozen RMB.
Directly connected to Toyosu Station. Equipped with a large bath, offering panoramic views of the Tokyo Bay Area. Enjoy an elegant stay as if cruising through Tokyo.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay in Tokyo, this hotel is a great choice. Tokyo can be extremely crowded, so coming back to a peaceful and silent hotel at the end of the day feels amazing. You won’t hear any noise at night, which I really appreciated.
One of my favorite things is the outdoor private bath. After long walks around the city, soaking in a warm bath is the best way to relax. The water temperature is around 41.9°C, which feels perfect during cold weather. The bath is open until 1am, so you can enjoy it even after a late day out. I already miss it 🙌🏻
This trip was for my Lady Gaga concert, so I flew to Tokyo just for that. On Day 1, I arrived around 9:30am. The lobby is on the 36th floor, and the guest rooms are between 33rd to 35th floor, with nice views. Check-in is at 3pm, but the hotel allows luggage storage, so I left my bags and went out for breakfast and a slow walk.
Near the hotel, there’s a small park and a Blue Bottle Coffee, where you can relax and enjoy the sea view — very chill and not crowded.
🚇Transportation is also very convenient. From the lobby, you can take the lift directly to B1, which connects to the train station and LaLaport. It’s super easy for shopping, dining, and getting around Tokyo.
🚬Tip for smokers: there is a smoking area next to the lobby restroom, and some floors also have smoking rooms.
🚍Tip for transportation : There is a direct airport bus service between Narita Airport and the hotel. From Narita Airport, I believe the service starts around 12pm, though I recommend confirming the latest schedule in advance. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, tickets can be purchased online. The hotel staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful — they will gladly assist with checking schedules and booking tickets if needed.
Overall, this hotel is perfect if you want comfort, convenience, and a calm place to rest after a busy Tokyo day. Highly recommended.

Great
MM227909****The hotel's location is fantastic. You can reach the Shinjuku Station New South Exit in just a few minutes from the second floor. The rooms on the higher floors offer great views, perfect for seeing the city lights twinkling at night. Plus, there's an Alexa smart assistant in the room that you can connect to via Bluetooth.
ZZhongguangguangHonestly, aside from the price, this hotel has no flaws. It has its own natural hot spring, free to use after 3 PM as long as you follow the communal bathing rules. After a thorough rinse, you can enjoy a relaxing soak. From 5 PM onwards, there's even complimentary alcohol served on the first floor.
Every day, you can choose free pajamas and pillows, with various softness and firmness options available. There's an ice machine on each floor, where you can also get iced water.
Fresh and clean bath towels and other linens are provided daily.
The service is incredibly attentive and meticulous. Every time you leave, someone at the front desk wishes you a safe journey. When checking out, someone at the door will open it, bow, and wish you a safe trip.
Downstairs, there's a ramen shop open until 4 AM, so even if you miss dinner sometimes, you're in the central Ginza area, with countless restaurants open until the early hours just a few steps away.
The K S Higashi-Ginza Station is right at the doorstep. Across the street is the Higashi-Ginza Line of the Hibiya Line, and just one more street over is the Ginza Station of the Ginza Line, making transportation extremely convenient.
JJohn Zhu ≧◔◡◔≦Thank MIYU
During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me.
I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and my English is not very good. However, MIYU could already understand what I wanted to say before I finished my sentence. This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently.
Her attitude and work performance are truly commendable, and she made me feel very welcomed. I am very grateful for her help.
≧◔◡◔≦
MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob).
Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn.
They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park.
However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay:
1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around.
2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.
AAngelinchinaAlthough the hotel staff was nice and welcoming, and even though the special requests were granted. The room was far too small for a double. The bed could barely fit two people, and that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
I believe that if the bed had been bigger it would have been better.
SSunshinaGreat location, great service !
We had an early check in at 1pm and we are so glad with this service, we off load all our luggage right away and explored the heart of shinjuku.
This area is safe and convenient for night city explorer, the roof top bar offers great view for us to enjoy our drinks.
Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.
WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.
GGuest UserNice experience!Overall I recommend it for solo travellers. The location is central and it is close to metro stations.
Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday.
One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem.
Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning.
GGuest UserThe room was perfect for our family since everyone had their own bed. The beds were comfortable, which made resting after long days of sightseeing easy. The only downside was limited space if you’re traveling with large luggage. The hotel’s location is very convenient it’s close to the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. There’s also a grocery store and a FamilyMart right outside the hotel, which was very helpful. The laundry area was another nice bonus for families traveling longer. Overall, a great and convenient stay in Ueno.
LLaxsimy room had windows to another building. i asked to change it but they was ignored me. service was bad. the room was dark and it was uncomfortable.
