Hygiene: The environment was excellent; it felt very clean. Facilities: Very comprehensive, everything you need was there. The air conditioning was also very clean, and the bedding had clear signs of being freshly changed. Service: The attitude was excellent; I highly recommend staying here.

Facilities: Excellent. The lobby on the first floor has a coffee area, laundry room, and lockers. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Located in a bustling area, making travel convenient. Service: Absolutely superb. The check-in process was very fast, and they did their best to meet customer needs. There were even complimentary gifts upon check-in and check-out. Although I was just transiting through Lanzhou and booked the room last minute, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic upon my arrival. While there aren't many parking spaces directly outside, there are cooperative parking lots nearby. This is a great hotel and definitely worth recommending!

The room was very clean and the service was very good. The breakfast was also delicious. It was very good. The guy at the front desk was very handsome and a very nice person.

As a frequent business traveler and a picky traveler when it comes to accommodations, this Hanting experience completely exceeded my expectations, making it my top choice for travel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately impressed. The modern, minimalist decor paired with warm lighting instantly relieved the fatigue of my journey. The complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby were a thoughtful touch, perfect for catching an early flight. Check-in was incredibly smooth; the Hua Zhanggui self-service kiosk completed the process in 30 seconds, without any queues or waiting numbers – so convenient for busy professionals! The room was an even bigger surprise! The cleanliness was immediately striking. The bedding was pristine white and odorless, and the mattress and pillows had just the right firmness – like sleeping on a cloud. The soundproofing was superb; I couldn't hear any traffic noise outside the window, making it incredibly reassuring whether I was working late or resting during a trip. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, keeping it clean and dry. Hot water was readily available with constant temperature and pressure, and the toiletries had a light, pleasant fragrance – a truly relaxing way to wash away fatigue. The space is cleverly planned; even with suitcases laid out, it doesn't feel cramped. High-speed Wi-Fi connects instantly without lag, making it perfect for working or watching videos. The attention to detail is also commendable: a robot delivers takeout to the room—efficient and fun; a 24-hour self-service laundry room with a dryer ensures clean clothes for long business trips; and the breakfast is generously provided, with freshly ground soy milk, fried dough sticks, steamed buns, and local delicacies—a satisfying and delicious meal. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The front desk staff were consistently warm and professional, responding promptly to any issues. We even received a small gift upon check-out, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. With such clean, safe, and high-value accommodations, it's no wonder Hanting is a top choice for many. I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

This should be the only Hanting hotel in Lanzhou. As always, the quality control is strict, and every detail is clean and hygienic. The most happy thing is that the staff is full of spirit, enthusiasm and generous, and actively help solve the problem. I recommended many specialties and beautiful scenery in Lanzhou. The small move is very good for Lanzhou. I stayed for several days and had a good time. I also talked to the staff very well. Every time I come back from a trip, I see them smiling and welcoming, and I will be relaxed. Each of them is not a professional smile, it is the sincerity of welcoming family and friends from the heart. Whether it is the front desk or the cleaning of silent things, they are very friendly.

This hotel really exceeded expectations! The location is superb, the subway station/business district is just outside, it is convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, responsive, and must be five-star praise! Service is a highlight of this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the front desk lady/brother are super gentle and patient, take the initiative to help carry luggage, and recommend surrounding food intimately. This feeling of being taken care of is great!

★★★★★ I had a fantastic stay at the HanTing Hotel (Lanzhou Zhongshan Bridge Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street). Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, from the amenities to the incredible hospitality. Outstanding Service The highlight of my stay was the exceptional help from the front desk, specifically Mr. 芦彦林. Since I don't speak much Chinese, I was worried about the logistics of my trip to the Bingling Temple Grottoes. Mr. 芦彦林 went above and beyond by making several phone calls to my driver to ensure every detail was coordinated. He was incredibly thorough, asking the driver many detailed questions to make sure my trip would be smooth and safe. His kindness and dedication truly made my visit stress-free. Great Amenities and Breakfast The buffet breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from, providing a perfect start to a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Prime Location You couldn't ask for a better location in Lanzhou. The hotel is situated right by the Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and within walking distance of many major attractions, including Zhongshan Bridge. Accessibility: It is very close to the subway and numerous bus lines, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Convenience: Plenty of shopping and local dining options are right at your doorstep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lanzhou, especially international travelers. The service provided by Mr. 芦彦林 and the rest of the staff is world-class!

The service is very good, the room is very clean, and the facilities and equipment are particularly complete. , Breakfast is also delicious, I will definitely come next time

It's a great living experience. I chose this place to go skiing. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the free through-train pick-up point at the ski resort. The subway is not far away, and it's also close to Lanzhou Station when walking. The room is also clean and tidy and has no peculiar smell. It is cleaned every day. Of course, you can refuse if you don’t need it~

Facilities: very new Hygiene: very clean Environment: Except for my room 321, the outdoor machine is a bit noisy at night. Service: Very good attitude The underground parking lot is very crowded and it is difficult to find a parking space. Make no mistake about Tower A and Tower B.
