"Cleaning staff never come around and when they do, no checklist, they left my garbage cans full. The washer and dryer was broke for the week I was there and never fixed. The front desk doesn’t know anything. The sign in the gym says nobody under 18 allowed in gym, kids were running around and I told staff, they did nothing. Got to my room when I checked in and my floor was filthy and big shoe footprints. Unfortunately the same owner is both Home2 and Hampton inn and they share staff, Breakfast, they ran out of hard Boiled eggs and bagels for 3 days. Michigan city doesn’t have anywhere nice to stay so you’re stuck there and they know it."

"Once you enter the property you will realise you have found wrong one. Filthy carpet Cheap chemical air freshenr I only asked one thing. A quiet room away from other guests. There were about 50 rooms and 5 cars in the parking lot. But the owner put in other guests next room each side, one crazy lady even did not close her door talking over the phone out loud, and I got awoken by other side guest doing things early in the morning Free breakfast said online but I was never told. There was literally nothing anyway, not even single bread I found Avoid"
