"Love this new hotel in Boone! As a Boone local, it felt like home coming back and staying here. The kitchen came in handy pretty much every morning. The room was super clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was solid, and they have board games to play if you’re traveling with a group. Highly recommend and will def stay here again next time we visit!"

"This place was a treasure! We arrived late and were immediately made to feel very welcome by James - the host/owner. We went straight to bed and had a great nights sleep in a very cozy bed. The next morning we had a chance to look at the inside of this beautiful property. The home was full of beautiful antiques and had a wonderful ambiance. James was a superb host and filled us with a delicious home cooked breakfast of eggs, sausage, grits, biscuits, grapefruit, stewed apples and all of the coffee and juice we wanted. It was delicious. While we ate, James gave us a history of this beautiful property which has been in his family for well over a hundred years. It was truly a wonderful visit. We'll be back and we strongly recommend you visit this place. "
