Problems encountered when using breakfast in the hotel: *Breakfast coupons were not provided when we checked in, but the room rate we booked included breakfast. *Varies in the number of breakfast rolls available *The hotel provides different denominations of breakfast vouchers for each guest, but only says that this part is a different version (highlighting the problem with the hotel management process. Even if the versions are different, it should be clarified and clear guidance provided to consumers) *The hotel also has a variety of breakfast options to choose from (buffet or a la carte). The front desk did not explain this part when providing breakfast coupons at the beginning. Under the above premise, we used a buffet-style breakfast. , but the hotel staff told us in a tough manner that the buffet was not applicable to our project, and they would not accept the method of making up the difference. 2. In the check-in section, although it is informed that a deposit will be charged, the basis for collecting the deposit is different, and the charges for each room are different. 3.
