"We were so lucky on our Qinghai-Gansu Loop trip with the elders! This guesthouse is right outside the west gate of Zhangye Danxia National Geopark, only a 5-minute drive away. The environment is excellent, but what truly stands out are the thoughtful extras! They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, and provided all sorts of considerate amenities during our stay. A big thank you to the owner! The breakfast was delicious too, especially the shredded potatoes and cucumbers. Wishing the owner great success in business!~~"

"The room was exactly as described, but the service was poor. We added the owner on WeChat and sent four messages, but received no reply. No one seemed to care about us. When we ate at the hotel, there were no tissues, and the table was covered in soot; we had to wipe it ourselves. The vegetables were mostly burnt. Still hungry, we ordered takeout. We heard a knock and thought the delivery had arrived, but it was an employee who said we hadn't paid. I said, "Didn't I add the owner on WeChat? Just send us the money..." Why wasn't the service more proactive? Then we asked the owner on WeChat how much it cost."

"It's very close to the Rainbow Mountains scenic area, just a few minutes' drive away. Free parking is available, and the owner even has a self-service car wash in their yard, which is super convenient. The yard is full of various fruits and vegetables grown by the owner himself. When we checked out, they even gave us some apricots and cucumbers they picked themselves – such a kind owner! The room also has a balcony, which is very convenient for drying clothes."
