We'd confirmed there was underground parking, but when we arrived, we discovered there was no elevator to the ground level. There was no cell phone signal in the parking lot. We only realized there was surface parking after dragging our children and luggage up. This price range is considered mid-range to high-end in Longnan. The hallways were filled with takeout junk, the air conditioner didn't work, the TV set-top box remote didn't work, there was no complimentary breakfast, and the pillowcases had creases and dents that showed they hadn't been replaced. We were traveling as a family and booked two rooms. It didn't matter if they were on different floors, but the elevator didn't go to both floors, and there was no fire escape. I'm going to avoid them forever!"
