"Very expensive and the neighborhood is too risky to walk. Took 30 minutes to get an overpriced beer. I travel frequently all over Africa and am not happy. Room is nice and clean as a positive but service sucks. Asked for an iron and got a horrible scratched up iron to use on my work clothes."

"I generally loved this hotel. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and well designed. The lunch buffets were very good. The gym was perfectly functional and I really appreciated the fact that it did not have huge TV screens blaring CNN like many hotel gyms do. It's a peaceful, fit-for-purpose gym. There were one or two minor hiccups along the way, but nothing major. All was managed by their excellent reception staff."

Buffet style service in the main restaurant, all the food was nice especially the sushi. The bar service was a little slow at times but other than that it was quite a pleasant stay for a couple of nights."
