Stayed overnight and had a good pool-side wedding anniversary dinner."

"More like a 1 star hotel than a four star one. Breakfast is below standard. Currently staying here and they have run out of toilet paper and towels! Reception says they don’t have a single towel in the hotel! This is surely a joke! Stay here if you want to bring your own toilet paper and towels."

"Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is excellent. Operates a buffet system and there's a wide selection. Two hotel staff deserve a special mention: Mrs. Esperanza Abasi and Mr. Bartomeu Jose for their fantastic assistance in helping me when my luggage was delayed. Mr. Jose phoned around chasing answers, and helped me get some clothes and essentials. Mrs. Abasi organized a car and went with me on her time off to translate and help me get everything sorted when my baggage arrived. That's service! Lovely people. Definitely a good place to stay if you're thinking of coming to Luanda."

"Hotel is in a good location on the corniche / water front right next to the port for Luanda. Really big room but I had to get the team to unlock the safe as it was still locked, change the batteries in the remote as it wasn’t working. The room only had one socket to use and no sockets next to the bed for charging your phone. No irons or ironing board but you can pay to press your clothes via the hotels laundry service. Breakfast and lunch were a good buffet service which was a round $30 per sitting. Service was very good at breakfast and lunch with a traditional white table cloth type service. I would stay again due to the location and being very central in Luanda."

"Very poor hotel. Hotel is dated. Room is very basic. Cannot adjust the AC or turn off. Room carpet is very dusty. Food selection is poor. Taste is average. Asked for take-away breakfast since i have to check out at 5.30am. Confirmed with the front desk twice during check in. Next morning when i check out, nothing was prepared. Very poor."

"The app drive people could never find it.. and added to the stress of making it to meetings on time. The atmosphere was dark and dingy, barely lit up and very low quality, one person maning the bar, the restaurant and sometimes the reception too. The rooms were beyond awful, the fridge made so much noise i would wake up at least 2 times a night. the linen was of low quality , the kind when even if its washed looks kind unclean. dont get me wrong the people , when you found them were absolutely lovely, but then i found that to be an Angola wide thing, just awesome warm people... but that hotel, was awful for the price of 125$ a night the only thing they had was breakfast from 7 to 9. even if you turned up at 8 there were 4 maybe 6 slices of pineapple, usually 4 to 6 strip slices of papaya. 4 to 5 pots of yougrt, bread and some plastic cheese. one of the days i had an 8:30 meeting and when i went down there was no bread, no coffee. the bread came in as i was leaving for my meeting, the same chap who managed the service of the restaurant and the bar."

"This hotel is located on the coast of Luanda, not in the city center. I prefer this location because the risk of being harassed increases after dark in the city. A shopping mall was completed within walking distance last year, and most of the food court has opened. It's about a three-minute walk from the hotel. There's also a promenade right in front of the hotel, perfect for running. There's a small gym so you can exercise if it rains."
