"My stay at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa was unfortunately disappointing, despite the resort itself being beautifully designed and set across a very large, well-maintained estate. The grounds were impressive, and throughout our stay the staff were friendly, welcoming, and did their best to assist us whenever possible. However, there were several issues that negatively affected our experience. Our room was booked for three people, yet upon arrival the bathroom had clearly not been properly cleaned. The bathtub appeared untouched since the previous guests had left, and it took an entire day before the issue was addressed. In addition, there were only two chairs on the balcony, meaning the three of us had to take turns sitting outside. Safety was also a concern during our stay. My aunt nearly fell after accidentally stepping into a pond of dirty water in an area that was very poorly lit. We later learned that other guests had experienced similar problems in the same location. The food and beverage experience was also disappointing. Many of the drinks seemed watered down, and the breakfast options were limited. Room service regularly took several hours to arrive, which was particularly upsetting as I was celebrating my birthday during this trip. We also dined at the seafood restaurant, but unfortunately the experience was uncomfortable because the fans were not working. As a result, guests were left sitting and sweating throughout the meal. While the staff tried their best under the circumstances, the overall dining experience was not enjoyable. Despite these issues, I would still like to thank and commend the staff for their hospitality, friendliness, and efforts to make guests feel welcome. They remained professional and courteous throughout our stay."
