Our room had a direct view of the snow-capped mountains – absolutely stunning! Breakfast was also a special experience, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming. Dinner was at the hotel, featuring yak hot pot, which was delicious and reasonably priced! The young man at the front desk was professional and attentive, even providing helpful information about nearby attractions, the local temperature, and how to get to the tourist service center (only a kilometer from the hotel). I woke up the second morning to see snow-capped mountains, which was a wonderful surprise. Soaking in a private hot spring at the foot of the snowy mountains was also a fantastic experience. Whenever I went to the lobby for coffee, the staff would immediately stop what they were doing to make it for me. It felt like someone was always looking out for us. The cleanliness was also top-notch, the room was spacious, and the view was superb. By the infinity pool, a staff member even noticed my child seemed a little down and proactively brought over a cake – that was truly heartwarming! The owner was also incredibly enthusiastic. Superb!"

We came from Chengdu planning to visit Hailuogou, and even though the weather was foggy, our hotel experience was surprisingly good. The location is right next to the Hailuogou Tourist Center and just a hundred steps or so from the Catholic church in town, making it super convenient to get around. The private hot spring room was excellent, with a great view. Since it was raining, we could comfortably enjoy the hot spring in our room. The water in the private hot spring isn't just regular tap water; it's mineral-rich hot spring water. All in all, this hotel is convenient, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Plus, they even have charging stations for electric cars! It'll definitely be our first choice next time we visit."
