"Pet-friendly hotel, the staff is very nice, enthusiastic and responsible, and we spent a very comfortable and pleasant weekend. The hotel is indeed a designer hotel, and much thought has been put into the matching. The room is bright, with misty snow-capped mountains outside the window. It is very relaxing to soak in the hot springs. Although breakfast is a set meal, there are many varieties and they are carefully matched. For dinner, there are also soup pots, Chinese food and barbecue. This time I encountered heavy snow when I went to the mountains, so I will come back to escape the summer heat when the grass turns green."

"First off, this is a heartfelt review!! ♥️ From the moment I booked until just before check-in, the owner was incredibly thoughtful. He called us to check on road conditions and the weather, offering helpful advice. We actually arrived after 1 AM, and there wasn't a single complaint. To help us get to sleep faster, he even told us to call him when we were close so he could prepare our room key in advance. When we arrived at the hotel around 1:20 AM, the owner, showing no signs of sleepiness, came out to greet us, helped us park the car, and carried our luggage, among other things. Our room was very clean and tidy, and all the facilities and equipment were brand new. Overall, it was excellent! Great value for money too~ The third picture is the hotel's exterior."

A refreshing mountain breeze blows year-round, making it especially cool even in the scorching summer – truly a natural oxygen bar for escaping the heat. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The B&B also provides free parking, which is very convenient for self-driving to and from the scenic area. The local host is incredibly genuine and enthusiastic. They patiently introduced forest trails and snow mountain viewpoints, and even thoughtfully shared tips to avoid common travel pitfalls. After a busy day exploring the snow-capped mountains and forests, returning to the courtyard to drink tea and relax, you can slowly experience the unique tranquility and peacefulness of western Sichuan. It's perfect for couples, friends, or families traveling together. If you're visiting Hailuogou, I highly recommend this charming B&B with such a wonderful ambiance."

"The service was warm and attentive. The hotel had a TV with screen mirroring and a smart voice assistant (Xiaodu). The decor was elegant and sophisticated. The chubby security guard (a dog) was especially adorable. The hot spring was authentic sulfur. Each room had curtains on the balcony, ensuring privacy. The owner thoughtfully reminded us of the sunrise time, though he missed it himself. The room included bottled water, drinks, fruit, and snacks, breakfast, bathrobes, slippers, and even a sewing kit among the toiletries. Knowing we were out for dinner, the staff turned on the air conditioning for us – a very thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay here again. Five-star recommendation!"

"Five-star service! There was a slight issue with the room that night, but they immediately upgraded us to a duplex family suite. The restaurant staff stayed late until we ordered and finished cooking before closing. The food was incredibly delicious, and my child raved about it. The receptionist, Xie Meimei, deserves 10086 thumbs up for her service. The only regret was that the weather wasn't cooperating, and we missed seeing the beautiful scenery of Rizhao and Hailuogou."
