The room is very small, there are no toiletries and kettles. The location is very city center, but to be honest, Vilnius is very small, so you have to make do with it."

"All'arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera di livello inferiore a quello prenotata e dopo aver contattato due volte la reception ci hanno detto erano al completo e che quindi non potevano soddisfare la mia prenotazione. Su mio invito ci hanno offerto la colazione (35 euro a persona sono davvero una follia) che abbiamo fatto solo una volta, la mattina seguente, vista la straordinaria puzza di freschno in tutta la sala, i piatti, i bicchieri e i tavoli. Un vero peccato per un albergo della catena Radisson e 4 stelle ! Grande attenzione invece da parte di trip.com che si sono dimostrati attenti e professionali una volta avvertiti dell'accaduto. Non ci tornerei per niente in questo albergo..."

"I made a reservation because it was ranking 1 in Vilnius. The Christmas decoration in the lobby was nice and the breakfast lineup and staff were great. The whole Hilton is like that, but it's a pity that art and furniture are a little cheap. I wanted you to show me the pool on the assumption that I would come in the summer, but I paid in advance to not take a picture. laughter. It seems better not to expect too much by looking at the photos."

"The location was great and we were allowed to check out an hour later, which we were very happy about. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the air conditioning constantly made a whistling noise. After checking out, €4.50 was deducted from our credit card deposit for a coke that we didn't take (we didn't take anything from the minibar). The issue was resolved and the €4.50 was refunded, but it was still a bit annoying and the communication didn't go quite smoothly. But what should also be highlighted positively was the delicious breakfast and the friendly service staff at breakfast."

"Spacious room with living room and low table. Deco is obsolete but completely in the hotel style. The sdb is more modern. The hotel is very beautiful. No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town. Breakfast is suckled with high quality products and a good service. The spa is free but very disappointing: a small very cold pool, a sauna and it's all."

"The Narutis hotel in Vilnius was wonderful. The staff were very very friendly, we had a great room, a delicious breakfast and very much enjoyed the spa as well. We would recommend this place and stay here again next time when we're back in Vilnius!"
