We stayed in the Royal Hotel for 2 days (1 night). We have booked 2 rooms for 2 families respectively taking case of 2 elderly aged 90 and 87. Before we checked in, i emailed to the hotel asking questions regarding pick-up service as well as taxi calling information because the 2 elderly reply on wheelchairs. Mr. Gary Kee, the Guest Relations Manager had kindly replied my enquiries patiently, provided useful information, and catered for my special request for arranging 2 rooms on the same floor. For us as travellers to a place where we do not know much, I felt so warmhearted for having a person who helps ease some concerns at least. Overall, we were satisfied with the room facilities, staff manner. Location wise, we specifically chose Royal Hotel because it is close to where our relatives live. We enjoyed the food at the nearly food shops. Though it rained during these 2 days, we felt so grateful for having completed the trip without any unexpected problems

You can tell the hotel’s age by its lobby, and it can get really busy especially in the afternoon and with a ****** connected to it. While the hotel room itself is spacious, clean and well appointed, the overall design of the hotel is a very typical tacky type of grandeur you would find in **************. It has that dark, busy design. The people working there were very friendly and helpful however, and the breakfast was fantastic. They have a cheese platter, deli meats, breakfast burritos, different kinds of oils and sauces for pasta, salmon, rye bread, and the pastry on offer was really good, especially the flavored croissants.

It was so far the best hotel stayed here in Macau and I'll tell you why? First the moment I was fortunate to book it at its cheapest rate that even the FO staff was surprised about hot cheap the price I got. The FO staff are really professionals, warm greetings with big smile on their faces. Big Thanks to Emma and Teresita for the room upgrade, I requested the room with jacuzzi and sauna on it. As I said room was big and luxurious with complimentary drinks at the mini bar. The Corner Room view is definitely the highlight of it especially at night. All in all the hotel service is really 5 stars, excellent service. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

It's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.

Swimming pool is located near the lake side and definitely the highlight point for taking nice pictures. Also, guest can enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the big bathtub in the bathroom. An excellent hotel for a relaxed holiday.

Hotel was in a great location, 2min walk from the bus route which takes to Ferry Harbour and Taipa. Easily walkable to St Paul's, lots of restaurants and coffee along the way. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Bathroom was very snug with large heavy fire door made it difficult to get in and out, could just be the room we stayed in. Though overall would recommend.

Really fantastic location in Macau, close to Ruins of St Pauls, main square, and close to the highway that can take you to the southern part of the city with more fun destinations. Room is good. Spacious for my whole family of 5, especially with an elderly in a wheelchair. Location is great as it is within the city centre. Walking distance towards Senado Square/Grand Lisboa/Wynn. Front Desk, the 2 guys were both rude and terrible in assisting us from the moment we checked-in until we checked-out. Breakfast is horrible. Service as well is terrible. The is a restaurant next door, Metropole 493, is also worth a try. Food and service were excellent.

Overall the hotel was not bad, we were assigned a beautiful western style room. There are bus stops near the hotel so it was easy to go to places. The hotel is also closed to some tourist attraction places. The downside is that some furnitures in the room were visibly old and scratched. The inside of the drawers were not particularly clean, but it was usable. Also while we were waiting for our table in the hotel restaurant, a huge cockroach literally crawled in front of us… luckily the staff saw it and killed it immediately.

It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

The hotel is close to the streets where you can find local restaurants for dinner and stalls for commodities. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I really like the toddlers dental kit super cute, and gave us more bath robe. I could see the swimming pool from the windows. The swimming pool water was clean and we love the pool since it’s has a heater. And the good thing if you don’t have a sunblock, a huge gallon available there which is free to use. And we did enjoy at the jacuzzi. There are lots of expensive stores around if you want to shop. The staffs are very friend and gave us fruits in the room.

Staggered the time of travel on May Day. The price is okay, not exaggerated, the hygiene is not bad, and the bed is big enough. There are disposable slippers and toiletries, and the hot water for the bath comes out quickly. After crossing the border, you can take the free bus to Shiliupu. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is easy to find, just come in directly in the small alley opposite the supermarket, and it was a circle at that time. The location is very good, very convenient and very close to Ruins of St. Paul's. The entire decoration of the hotel is relatively new and looks very bright and clean. There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom at first, but luckily the Filipino guy at the front desk helped us solve it. He was really nice, friendly, and efficient. Although the room is small, it is fully functional and not very noisy at night. The only thing is that the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price? I will stay here again next time I come
