"Front desk staff for dayshift is always friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best."

"I was charged $262 for a simple standard room, the pool was closed and had to walk to another hotel just to swim. I woke up this morning to be charged $40 more overnight and after I checked out, my credit card was declined for $200, then $150, then $100, and then $50 by courtyard. Thank God I moved my money after the additional $40 this morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and think I deserve a refund."
