The staff was very attentive and helpful, bringing ice up to the room, loaning us a bottle opener, making fresh brewed coffee at breakfast, changing currency, and answering our many questions!"

"No AC unless in your room. No phone in the room to order room service. Ordered at reception and received the wrong food. Went back to get it corrected and it arrived under cooked. Check out is an absolute nightmare too, giving me bills for other rooms instead of my own. Otherwise it's clean and looks nice, staff are friendly enough."
