"A Wonderful Stay at Q Boutique, Malindi We had a truly wonderful stay at Q Boutique, Malindi. Our ground-floor room was beautifully situated beside the lovely swimming pool, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was incredible, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner menu and delicious food. But what really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was polite, warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The owners were wonderful and treated us like family, making us feel completely at home. A very special mention must go to Katoto, who was the star of our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his warmth and kindness made such a difference. Q Boutique is a very special place — beautiful, welcoming and full of genuine hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning. ❤️"

"The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. I loved there being 2 pools, with one for serious swimming. The staff were friendly. However, service was quite slow, and at the family pool I felt that the bar staff could have been more proactive at coming round to see if guests wanted anything. I tried for several minutes to get their attention from across the pool and eventually gave up. The food was generally good, although a bit expensive, and more choice of lunchtime snacks would have been nice (such as pizza, samosas). The fries were terrible, soggy and limp, not crispy and triple cooked as promised. The bar also didn't have all the necessary ingredients to make the cocktails on the menu."

"We stayed at Silver Rock Resort for 2 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On the first day, the electricity, water, and Wi-Fi were all unavailable for about 3 hours. On the second day, the water stopped running in the afternoon. After informing reception, we were only given a 5-liter bottle of water to manage. On our final morning, there was still no running water, so we had to check out without being able to shower. We also found the staff to be unfriendly, and we were unexpectedly asked to wash our own dishes, which was not what we expected during our stay."

"The hotel is fantastic!!! We absolutely loved it! We initially booked for one day, but then decided to extend it for another day. It's best to buy an all-inclusive package, as the hotel is located far from amenities. But if you're traveling with a group or on your honeymoon, this is perfect. The staff is polite and friendly, the food is delicious, the amenities are excellent, and of course, the price is great. The only thing I might not like is the hot water. It's warm, perfect for showering during the day, but cool in the evening."
