"Had a wonderful stay in Bookmark resorts for the past 4 days. The staffs here are very polite and treat us with great hospitality. Special mention to the people serving food with smile and quick response. Engaging children like Maakhan bhaiyya. Travel desk was also very helpful in guiding us with the right places, promptly arranging transport and following up like Yuvraj sir. What could be improved is AC , wifi connections as they were on and off. Similarly the indoor games can have more options to engage the kids better. Similarly the kids swimming pool should be arranged or atleast a part of the swimming pool depth could be made smaller for kids. Similarly the swimming accessories like ball or floating rings should be added. Outdoor options could be maintained better. The reception desk were very warm both during welcome and checkout."

"The community manager of the Zostel in Old Manali, on Manu temple road, just insulted me 5 times in a row. He was yelling at me, he clearly got anger issue. He was very, very, direspectful. I strongly advise to not go to this hostel."

"We had the best time here! Me and my partner stayed over the Christmas/New Year period. Varun and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us, and Varun was amazing at bringing people together and creating a sociable and welcoming atmosphere - there were games and group trips happening most days and we made a lot of lovely friends here. He even bought a cake for my partner’s birthday. We love walking and Varun was able to recommend some great hikes in the local area as well as for our onward journey to Parvarti valley - we were able to plan a great itinerary with his advice and had an amazing time. If you’re in Manali, this is the place to stay ☺️"
