"It was the first time I stayed at this place. I drove 20 minutes from Morrow. The traffic on the i75 was very heavy as usual, and it was even blocked for a while. I thought it would be quieter and more comfortable away from the airport, but it wasn't. It is estimated that the recovery from the epidemic has not lasted long enough, and the hotel's facilities have fallen into disrepair. The shower head leaked slightly, and it stayed there for one night. I was too lazy to replace it, so a temporary water heating job solved the problem. It seems that the door lock on the opposite side is also broken, and a master is repairing it. The room smelled like the rainy season probably due to leakage. The front desk and breakfast were no longer impressive."

"This was my first time staying at an extended-stay hotel during a temporary transition after selling my home, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had. On our very first night, after arriving late and settling in, we found dead roaches in the room. We immediately went to the front desk and informed the manager on duty, Jamal. He moved us to another room and applied a small credit, but there was no real sense of urgency or accountability given the situation. A few days later, the problem became much worse. We saw another roach — this time alive — in the room, along with additional cleanliness concerns. At that point, it was clear this was not an isolated issue. We reported it again, and were told that the manager was already aware of the bug problem. Despite that, no meaningful accommodation or resolution was offered. Instead of addressing the situation, the focus shifted to charges — including attempts to run our card without notice, adding a late fee, and even discussing additional charges like a pet fee. Let me be clear: when guests report roaches, the priority should be fixing the problem — not adding more charges. We made the decision that same day to leave and not spend another hour in that environment. I do want to acknowledge that the front desk associate, India, was polite and professional. Unfortunately, her effort did not reflect how management chose to handle the situation. If you value cleanliness, accountability, and basic standards, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere."
