Reception was ready to receive us with a smile even though it was wee hours in the morning due to a delayed flight. Room service was quick and the food delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Rain shower was very welcomed. All in all, 10/10.

The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained. Definitely a great option for accommodation!

The location is very good & strategic. Walking distance to halal restaurant & shopping mall. The hotel is clean but only the housekeeping starts cleaning a bit late. Others are very fantastic. Will come back to the same hotel if I go to Melbourne
