"This is a比较 upscale hotel with spacious rooms, especially convenient for visiting Australia's largest shopping mall. Just a heads-up, shops usually close early on weekdays, but stay open later on weekends and public holidays. I don't speak English, but managed to order beer and roasted pork ribs at the mall with a translator, and they were quite tasty!"

"Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, and I wish to lodge a formal complaint. During my stay, I encountered the following issues: 1. **Inadequate Room Preparation** * The mini-bar in my room was completely empty. * I had booked a twin room, but was provided with a king room, which did not match my reservation. 2. **Unprofessional and Unhelpful Service from Front Desk Staff Member Chris** * When I reported that the QR code for in-room dining was not working, she merely suggested I go to the bar to order, without attempting to resolve the QR code issue or offering an alternative. Upon going to the bar, I was informed that food service only began after 12 PM, and it was approximately 9 AM at the time. This meant I was unable to obtain any food or beverage service. * When I reported that the TV in my room was not working, she simply responded with ”ok.” She did not inform me that maintenance would be arranged, nor did she provide any timeframe. Consequently, a maintenance person entered or knocked on my door without prior notification while I was showering, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disturbed. The aforementioned issues severely impacted my stay and fell far short of my basic expectations for your hotel brand. I look forward to your response."

"The Art Series hotels by Accor, while a novel idea years ago, are getting tired and a bit worn down at heel. The Olsen might have started as the belle of Chapel Street but she is definitely showing her age and no longer comes off as the cool influencer. Part of the problem is Accor can't decide what this series wants to be -- luxury hotels with $21 granola or boutique on a budget. The towels are thin, the lighting dim, the amenities screwed to the wall. We were placed in an ”accessible” room, which is a tiresome trick by front desk personnel to those bothering to find a good deal on overpriced lodgings. Mediocre shower, deafening fan, wet floor and soulless vibe. Bare minimum for coffee in room. Looked out our window at the poor souls working in the office across the way as it was better than staring at the curious drapes. Lift your game, Accor."

"The hotel is beautifully designed and very well maintained. Everything was clean and tidy throughout my stay. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transport and nearby attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better."

"This was a trip with my wife in Melbourne for a few days before we head off to Tassie. We stayed at the loft room (note the loft bedrooms are located on lower floors, ours was on 2nd floor). On the arrival day, while we were off loading our luggages from our car (there were a few bags as we had just gone to a vineyard and had purchased 4 bottles), the 2 guards at the back door entrance, whom have clearly saw us, but didn’t assist with the luggage, nor inform the front desk to assist us. We ended up carrying the multiple luggages (along with the 4 wine bottles) while the guards watched.  On the second day, the guards were friendly - they assisted with doors and greeted us. On cleanliness, after first night, our toothpaste was empty but cleaning staff did not replace with a new set, but overall room was clean to basic standard.  However, our room had a bit of odd well on second night (first night was fine) not sure what the issue was but it did smell like kitchen cooking smell (we didn’t cook there). Breakfast was of good value and the staff working there were friendly and very responsive, I would probably say that the best experience was our breakfast thought out our stay there."

"This hotel seriously lacks everything. They don't provide water; you have to buy it yourself. They only give you one pair of slippers, and if you ask for more, they flat-out refuse. The bathroom only has bath towels—no hand towels or large towels at all. The kitchen floor was incredibly sticky when we walked in, like it hadn't been mopped. Forget about any welcome fruit. The TV only has YouTube, and the Bluetooth speaker wouldn't connect. The location is a bit out of the way. The only positives are that it's quiet and the bedding is decent. Honestly, for this price, you're better off staying in the city center. The Park Hyatt isn't much more expensive and is superior in every way. I really regret switching to this place just for a suite."

"For my solo trip, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel's location was also very convenient, and the breakfast was decent. Overall, I found it to be excellent value for money. If you're looking to experience local life and want a lively atmosphere, I think this place will definitely meet your needs."
