"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is a large property with all the perks of a big resort—like an aquapark, multiple pools, and great entertainment—yet it still manages to feel cozy and intimate. Even with full occupancy, the hotel was quiet (!), and there was absolutely no "sunbed war."What we loved:The aquapark: Very fun and attractive.The architecture: Low-rise, guest-friendly buildings. The tiled roofs, green shutters, and matching curtains create a wonderful, charming atmosphere.The downsides:The bathroom: It is definitely in need of refreshment.The food: Typical, average all-inclusive buffet.Overall, our stay was a big plus. Highly recommended!"

"My partner and I have just returned from a 7 day stay at Hotel Seth55, and are in agreement that this is one of, if not the best, hotels we have ever stayed at. We had a swim up suite, the private pool was one of the highlights for us, especially given the high humidity we encountered, and the suite was spacious and spotlessly clean (as was the whole hotel). We went half board, the food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choice at both. From arrival to departure the staff were excellent, helpful, cheerful and professional. Overall couldn’t have asked for anything better, will definitely return."

"Love your setting, beautiful rooms. Bar and service in the bar need working on. Some staff,not all take far to long,many times had to go and search for someone to serve. Then we had to stand queueing because of build up of guess. Restaurant, 9 times out of 10 food not hot enough,many times just left it. Staff in restaurant work really hard. Last time we stayed here, many years ago,when it was a proper Restaurant up stairs food was excellent.Grounds and pools are excellent,kept beautiful.Staff do your hotel credit.Just work on the bar."

"This is mine and my family’s 4th visit in a row to this lovely hotel, and we enjoyed it once again! Such a lovely holiday destination and resort. We all loved the food, the beach, the shops either side of the resort, the pool and sun loungers and everything else. We were half board but for our family that is all we need… either buy lunch at the pool bar or eat it in the apartment. I found there was a lot of variety of food in the las dunas restaurant to try and cater for anybody. Me and my sister would just like to say thank you to the animation team, who put up with us for the 9 days we were there, remembering us from the year before, including us in all the activities and being so nice to us at any time of the day. They clearly love their jobs and do are good at it. With running the kids club, aqua gym, arm/face painting and the mini disco in the evening and even sometimes the quiz. Every member was brilliant but 2 people stood out to us this year - Lucia and Sandra. Especially on our last night when they put our favourite songs on the mini disco. I am sure we will be coming again soon as we all love it Thanks"

Breakfast was excellent, with high-quality products, and the yoga area, restaurant, and shared spaces were all thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere is calm, authentic, and full of charm. We honestly wish we had stayed longer – but one thing is certain: we’ll definitely be coming back! "

"We returned to this family friendly hotel for a 2nd time as grandparents with the grandchildren returning for a fourth consecutive visit. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful in all areas. Food had plenty of variety in both restaurants with the children loving the idea of serving themselves. Rooms are well equipped with a free safe included.My only disappointment was the mattress - too soft.The room was cleaned every day. Pools were great with the large one heated with lots of sunbeds available.The small pirate pool opened at 10am and filled up quickly and was not heated.There is a new splashpad in kiko land which opens twice per day. Bars have a great choice of drinks for ai guests with ice cream and lollies readily available. All the areas in the hotel are immaculately clean but be careful on the many tiled floors if it rains. Outside in son bou there are three or four bars and restaurants and was very quiet in may.The beach is a lovely sandy one with lifegaurds on duty. Overall we would not hesitate to return again next year.Highly recommend if you have young children ie up to ten years of age"

"This is a fabulous hotel set in beautiful grounds and vineyards. Staff are so polite, professional and super helpful. We have stayed many times now and never been disappointed with our rooms or the facilities. It really is a dream place to stay. The restaurant is Michelin standard and whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is delicious and prefect. Situated approx 20 minutes from the airport it is an easy ride and the hotel is well positioned to continue to explore the island."

"The room is not big, but the sea view is beautiful! The red-haired lady at the check-in front desk was very patient and nice, and explained every matter in detail! It gave us a very good impression when we first arrived at the hotel! Including booking a boat trip and a taxi to the airport, the entire front desk team was very active and professional! I especially want to emphasize the praise of the beautiful Manuela who is the receptionist at the cape nao restaurant on the ground floor. She is so nice, very enthusiastic and energetic! She helped us find a good dining seat, and asked us if the meal was cold and if we needed a shawl! She knew that girls like to take pictures, and she also helped us reserve a sea view table for dinner the next day! I was really touched! My whole heart was healed!"

"We had enjoyed lunch here last year and wanted to repeat the experience with a day by the pool. For €150 you get full use of the pool and loungers and lunch included. It’s not cheap but what you get is the peace and quiet, quality wooden sunbeds, huge parasols, towels and waiter service should you require anything. The pool is huge and it felt like a privilege to be in such tranquil surroundings. Lunch - this was not clearly explained so we had to ask. You choose 4 dishes and anything extra you pay extra for. Quality food, we really enjoyed it. Portions were generous and my other half had to polish off mine."

"Clearly overpriced. The rooms are not as expected, the quality of service is disappointing, the staff is not trained, the director is a Frenchy arrogant chap. On the contrary, the gardens are top notch, the restaurant area is superbe, and the spa area, stunning. The Menorca experience is clearly overrated, there is not much to do in this island after your third or fourth day there."

"The hotel is nice, the quality of the swimming pools are excellent, and the adult area is absolutely fantastic this is heated, however the service level on the 20th - 27th September from the bar staff was very very slow and prices extremely expensive. We had to constantly ask for a drink we’re they could have been proactive and come and asked if you wanted a drink or anything else!! I’ve stayed in many hotels of 5 star status but this hotel is very expensive for drinks. We stayed half board which we deeply regret now! And the main reason for this was the menu doesn’t change and items on the menu I liked they didn’t have like prawns for 3 consecutive days and then when they did have prawns they were very small and warm and the portion was very small. However that was the exception as the other starters were very huge in general and often was too much for a starter and filled you up before the main meal. The main courses were very very salty we asked on the second night for NO salt but it still came salty and for someone who doesn’t like a lot of salt spoiled the meals this happened on three separate occasions so we gave up with the restaurant and used the Soa area in the hotel for food but on half board this isn’t starter main and dessert! They had NO vanilla ice cream for the last 4 days of our holiday which for a 5 star hotel I found very poor indeed. The staff were all very pleasant but got let down by the quality of the food on offer and the fact that certain things were not available. On the last night the noise was constant from 10pm till 5am as the hotel accepted a group of young people on our last night who were loud and roudy that was certainly not in keeping with a 5star hotel. We book these hotels so we’re not in a loud 18-30 holiday scene but on the last night that is what the hotel did. This has sealed my decision not to come back to the hotel infuture as I don’t spend alot of money out for piece and quiet and be kept awake by drunken youths."

"We arrived for a 5 night night stay rather early at noon but our "superior deluxe" room was ready and waiting and was such a contrast to our previous Hotel. Plenty of space in the bedroom area, a small lounge, and a perfectly fitted out bathroom with plenty of storage. We smugly thought our bathroom at home was good but this was better! All the staff were delightful from the reception staff, to the young lady who served us our lovely breakfast each day, to Monica and her colleague who looked after our room so well. The attention to detail both in the design of the Hotel, the fittings and how they were fitted (particularly noticeable in the breakfast room), and the little touches in the room stood out. A brilliant perfectly situated Hotel!"

"This is the second time we have returned to these apartments and really think we could better our last holiday but we were wrong! Last year we stayed in an apartment (which was lovely) but this year we decided to stay in one of the bungalows. The bungalow faced the pool and had its own patio and sun loungers - perfect for if/when some quiet, down time was needed. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment by the pool was pitched just right - not too much, not too loud. Richi was great and made sure everyone had fun with his pool games and made sure everybody was included - young and old. Apart from Sunday (when many Spanish people come for the day) there were PLENTY of sunbeds available. So refreshing to be able to arrive at the pool mid morning and to be spoilt for choice as where to sit! We have had another great family holiday and will definitely be returning again next year!!!"

"Located somewhat out of the center, but with good views of the harbor. The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards. The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but in a different room."

"Absolutely spotlessly clean every where. Food good quality but a little bland tasting. Lots to do for families but a little busy if you like peace and quiet. Had an issue with a broken kettle in the room which was sorted and replaced within the hour. Overall a great place to stay with lots to do friendly staff and very very clean. Thanks for a great holiday."
