Hotel Colonial de Merida
"Thanks."
City Express Plus by Marriott Mérida
"The facilities are a bit dated, the photos are somewhat misleading, but the location is very good."
Hit Merida Hotel Boutique
"Good location in city center and able to walk to all tourist attractions and major public square. Staffs are friendly and helpful. 👍😀"
Ibis Merida
"The room service is good, but the breakfast service is terrible. But the only thing that makes me uncomfortable and unhappy is that our hotel does not include free breakfast. We reported our room number and let us in. We only drank a glass of milk and said that our room does not include breakfast and we have to pay 250 pesos for the meal. If you had reminded us earlier that free breakfast is not included, we would not have gone in to drink milk. And we were asked to pay for only a glass of milk. It is really terrible. I will never book this hotel again. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Hotel Lavanda Cas Merida
"It just ok nothing great , value for money"
Courtyard Merida Downtown
"The location is quite good, surrounded by high-end hotels. The air conditioning has to be on continuously; if set to auto-mode, the unit makes a huge noise when it kicks in as the room temperature rises. The mattress is too soft; my back sinks in when I lie on it."
Hotel Boutique Santa Elena
"All right! Just a small walk before the entrance door. Be careful at the Out. You're right on the street. There would be a note at the door,"
Hotel El Español Paseo de Montejo
"It's ok."
Hotel Santa Lucía
"Was quite nice, the place was awesome and very clean. It's in the middle of the center."

NH Collection Merida Paseo Montejo
"Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again."
Escentrike Hostal
"It's off the main road, but not a bad walk."
Hotel Plaza Mirador
"Location close to the center with all amenities available. Recommended."
Mesón de la Luna Hotel & Spa
Rosas & Xocolate Boutique Hotel and Spa Merida, a Member of Design Hotels
"A group of friends recently stayed at Rosas y& Xocolate/ boutique hotel + spa -Marriott Bonvoy in Mérida, Yucatàn| MEXICO with high hopes, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. While the staff was generally courteous, there were several issues that affected our stay. Three of the rooms we booked were not up to the standard we anticipated. The rooms were run down and lacked cleanliness in some areas. We had booked 5 nights and decided to leave after the first night. We offered to pay for all three rooms for the second night, as we understood the "short notice" early check out. The staff wouldn't let us communicate with the General Manager despite our requests. Unfortunately we were charged in full for the 5 nights, eventhough we only stayed there for 1 night. I would definitively not recommend staying in this hotel."
Hotel del Peregrino Boutique Hotel
"The hotel was clean and the location was good."
Casa del Balam Merida
"Two double rooms were occupied for 6 nights, one on the first floor and one on the 6th floor. The one on the first floor had a normal cleaning service, although we had to request toilet paper on the 4th day, at the beginning of the day when the air conditioning was turned on it had a water leak, flooding the entrance to the room, which was reported, according to the inconvenient. In the room on the 6th floor, the lack of cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom, was reported. It was observed that only the beds were made. One of the days I was in the room, the cleaning service arrived and waited outside the room. and in 3 minutes the maid came out declaring that she was ready, upon entering the room was checked noting what was mentioned. It was mentioned at reception about which no further comment was made. I hope that what has been said is addressed to strengthen the areas of opportunity so that the service does not decline for the benefit of the hotel and the clients. Greetings"
