Casa Amate 61 - Mérida Centro
"I stayed one night was ok. Little bit far from center"
City Express Plus by Marriott Mérida
"Nice hotel. Breakfast has to be improved."
Hotel Plaza Mirador
"Room ok but some renovations would be needed. Not great when Electricians worked near the room's door with the sign do not disturb at 7/8am"
Ibis Merida
"value for money - i like it"

"BED BUGS AND NO NOISE PROOF We stayed 3 nights, and had bed bugs since day 1. This is specifically very bad as there are already many complaints about this for months and nothing has changed. See picture for bed bugs bites in the first night. The walls are not sound proof. You can hear everything what neighbors in the room across from us do in their room, every footstep in the corridor and every door closing. Not possible to get good sleep because of this. The rooms in the middle (204,206,208) have a window that overlooks the corridor so it’s not possible to open the curtains. The bathroom has the same window, so no way to open for fresh air. Because the curtains stay closed, it’s a very dark room. There is only 1 headlight, no side lamps. The bathroom is small but not impossible to move in. On the bright side, internet was fine, the staff were friendly and it’s centrally located."
Residence Inn Merida
"Most of the people in the hotel are tourists. The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and there is no odor. The facilities of the suite are also relatively complete, which is a good choice for tourists to stay."
Escentrike Hostal
"ESCENTRIKE is a spacious, warehouse-like space with an industrial feel. It has a beautiful garden and a Pasto Café coffee bar. Booking online is cheaper than booking offline. A spacious room costs just over 90 RMB per night on Ctrip. It feels a bit like a military barracks, so it's worth the experience. The downside is that the Wi-Fi signal is not very good, and there are mosquitoes in the public areas."
Hotel Ambassador Mérida
"I wanted to give the hotel a try, but everything went from bad to worse. 1. It took them about an hour to get us a room because they said the payment hadn't been reflected and they wanted to charge us again (it was booked a week before). 2. Our room key didn't work, so they had to replace it (room 404). 3. The air conditioning didn't cool properly, the beds were hard and full of bugs. It was impossible to sleep because something bit us all over our bodies. The bathroom was dirty. 4. The internet was out on the second day. Overall, the hotel is run down. The only things that stand out are its good location and its garden."
Hotel El Español Paseo de Montejo
"There is no ventilation and it smells bad, not much, but yes"

"Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend"
Fiesta Americana Merida
"Hotel is outdated, but the worst thing is the noise. It is surrounded by loud streets and if you hope to evade the noise by having a room oriented to the courtyard, you are damn wrong. They have terribly loud installation of aggregates for their air conditioning. And they have built it so stupidly that the noise is going against the wall and thrown back inside the complete courtyard. Even we closed windows it always sounds as if you would have a vacuum cleaner next to your bed. And the really worst thing is that I had asked about the quiet room upfront I had made it even before Booking very clear that I am a shallow sleeper and that I only want to come if they have a quiet room. And they told me that I should’ve just booked a suite with internal view and I would be fine. Of course I was not. So it’s one thing to have a hell of noise and do not use technical possibilities to not spill all your courtyard with the noise of your air-conditioning. But it’s another thing to lie about it. At least in the bathrooms at Reception level I did observe roaches. As it is a very urban environment, this is avoidable with proper care and cleanliness. In addition, I had called them informing them about the flight cancellation and asked for a change of my reservation which day at first said they would gladly do. And when I came there, they said it needs to be done via a trip. And went ripped did send them a respective request they did just decline it. So dishonesty is written big in this hotel. I suggest to definitely avoid it."
Mansión Mérida Boutique Hotel - Restaurant
"Very characteristic, good service"
Holiday Inn MERIDA by IHG
"The community is old, the location is OK, the breakfast is rich"
Villa Mercedes Merida, Curio Collection by Hilton
"Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell."
Casa Amate 62 - Mérida Centro
"The location was great, and we enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning (muffin and coffee). The only annoying thing was that there is noise and light coming into the room. All the rooms are on the side of the pool so as people pass by or swim in the pool, it gets noisy fast."
Hotel Maya Yucatan
Hotel Unknown
"The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off."
Casa del Balam Merida
"Very bad reception service, they give you the wrong room, they changed our room 3 times and in the end they didn't give us the one we paid for, they gave us one at a lower price, and the management never attended to us, we asked for breakfast at the hotel and they told us about the app but we told them that it said it was paid at the hotel and they didn't resolve it for us The pool was dirty, it was obvious that they didn't clean it Bathroom with ceilings in poor condition Cockroaches come out"
Hotel Hacienda Mérida
"Attentive staff, we stayed on a ground floor room with view to the pool, very quiet"
Hotel del Peregrino Boutique Hotel
"The hotel was clean and the location was good."
Hotel Santa María Mérida
"Very good value for money, central but quiet location, the hotel is already a few years old but it was clean and everything worked perfectly."
Hotel San Juan Mérida
"The check-in time was short, from 3 PM to 6 PM, but when I went to tell them the day before that I would be checking in around 10 PM, they said it was fine, which was a relief! The shower was very warm, and the air conditioning was comfortable. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I was happy that the bath towels were decorated cutely every day! The location is great; it's a short distance so I don't mind going back to the hotel for a break! I love the receptionist, Señora; she's always so kind!"
NH Collection Merida Paseo Montejo
"Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again."
Hotel Casa 57
"Location 10 minutes from the historic center and the cathedral ... so excellent! Unfortunately ... the hotel was not to our liking! The dirty room, without toilet paper. a "master suite" ... only in name. Without a minimum of privacy and / or comfort. Not recommended."
