"Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out. I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt. "

Located on the edge of Saint ana Square, plaza saint lucia a line, the owner also runs hotel casa maya, and the deduction account uses hotel. The owner is very tasteful. He lives in the master room. The three rooms are decorated for hotel use. The housekeeper and chef will serve you. The three rooms are very beautiful, the public space is huge and open to rest, and the room on the second floor has a balcony. The only downside is the double bed, not King queen bed!

Beatriz MarquessWe spent three nights in this hotel and the experience was very positive.
The room was excellent: large, perfectly clean, well organized and with a very pleasant flavour. The room has a minibar, which is very grateful given the warmness of Merida.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
We enjoy our stay very much and we do not recommend it.
The breakfast included can be more complete than the suggestion for improvement.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.
