I particularly remember a young female staff member with glasses who, with her fluent English and attentive, thorough explanations, made me feel incredibly comfortable and respected. Encountering such dedicated individuals during a trip is undoubtedly a rare stroke of luck. And the hotel's facilities are full of surprises! Outside the large public bath, complimentary drinks are available, along with table tennis and arcade games, adding a playful touch to your relaxation. The lobby features Japanese snacks and board games, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere; the relaxation area on the second floor is even more serene and comfortable – once you sit down, you won't want to leave. The dining experience here is simply sublime. Various alcoholic beverages are kept in ice buckets, freely awaiting wine enthusiasts! Dinner is exquisite and innovative; each dish is a stunning work of art, so delicious that it makes you want to return just for the food. Breakfast is delicate and abundant, awakening your taste buds and setting a wonderful tone for the day. The shiso soda thoughtfully provided in the in-room mini-fridge is incredibly refreshing after a hot spring soak, leaving a lasting, pleasant aftertaste. The toiletries have a delicate fragrance, leaving the skin soft and comfortable after use – even these small details are not overlooked. The overall service is friendly and sincere, without being overly familiar, yet maintaining just the right amount of professionalism. It truly feels like a 'just right' luxury experience! The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pristine, and transportation to and from the lakeside is convenient. Whether taking a taxi or using the hotel's shuttle service to JR Toya Station, it's effortless. It feels like Hotel Premium Lake Toya is not just a hotel, but a cherished memory of a journey. Here, the scenery is more than just scenery, and the service is more than just service – it's a reason to return to square one and rediscover the beauty of life.

A very nice, new hotel with a resort feel. While skiing isn't ski-in and out, the shuttle bus is very convenient, and there's a ski locker. The hotel also has hot springs, massage parlors, and omakase (massage parlors), so you won't feel tired after skiing.

The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful.

Very spacious house. The three of us booked an apartment suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a large living room. The house was very clean. The fridge had three complimentary drinks already in it, as informed by the front desk. The area is surrounded by hotels. We drove in the evening and parked in the underground garage, then didn't go out again. So, I'm not sure how convenient the surroundings are. It's about a 12-minute drive to Takahashi Farm, which felt quite convenient. It's a good hotel if you don't rely heavily on hotel services. It's great for self-sufficient travelers. The price is generally acceptable.

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc. We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos. The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel. The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware. The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.  This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko. Thanks intuition team again🥰

Right at the centre of Hirafu - you have to walk a bit upslope to the ski lifts. Check in is at another building / hotel so beware if you're not driving. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen and washing machine, as well as heaters. There is also a ski locker on the ground floorwhere you can pit your ski equipment. However we noticed a smell of fresh renovating works once we entered the room - though we're not sure where that came from. If you're driving, beware they only have 2 parking spaces in front of the building which are not designated for guests. So if someone else parked that space, you have to find somewhere where you're not considered a hassle. Note you are not supposed to park behind the building nor the space next to the 2 parking spaces.

After seeing so many negative reviews, I was a bit hesitant about booking Lakeside Pavilion, but my actual experience was surprisingly good. First, the service was warm and proactive; I didn't encounter any of the alleged discrimination against Chinese guests. Second, the rooftop onsen was excellent, and the room had a great view. Even though there was a bed, we asked for three futons to be laid out, which was very comfortable. As for outdated facilities, you barely use the in-room bathing facilities at an onsen hotel anyway. While dinner and breakfast weren't exceptionally refined, there was a wide variety of options, so you're sure to find something delicious. I'm very satisfied with my choice this time.

The room was perfectly satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and size. The view was also breathtaking, I absolutely loved it. My only minor complaint would be about the short-haired female staff member at the front desk who provided Chinese-language service. Her attitude was very robotic, especially during our New Year check-in. She responded to guests mechanically, completely devoid of any warmth. Speaking the same language, it was quite off-putting to encounter such a cold demeanor. Thankfully, the hotel's other staff members, who spoke different languages, managed to salvage what could have been a poor start. The chef even came out personally to thank guests after the dinner service, and the buffet chef patiently helped us reserve a table for the incredibly popular buffet when we met him. These experiences truly reflect the quality and professionalism of the hotel's management. Additionally, the cleaning staff were very polite and always greeted us. It's just that particular Chinese-speaking female front desk staff, for some unknown reason, always seemed to have a displeased expression while standing at the reception. Sigh. The hotel's shuttle bus service to and from New Chitose and Sapporo City is very convenient, but you need to book it online in advance. There are both free and paid options, depending on your pick-up location, and the earliest departures are quite early. The buffet was very affordable, and the front desk reminded us that Marriott members get a significant discount. Being a ski hotel, facilities like the onsen pool and shops only open after 2 PM.

*⭐ Amazing stay at Toya Kanko Hotel with Lake View* Booked a Lake View room and the view was unreal — woke up to Lake Toya right outside the window. At night we could see fireworks from the room, zero crowds needed. Felt so special. *Highlights:* 1. *Private onsen option*: Booked a private family onsen and it was worth every yen. Clean, spacious, and relaxing with lake views. No rushing with others. 2. *Fireworks*: Room faced the lake so we watched the nightly summer fireworks from bed. Hotel staff even told us the timing. 10/10 experience. 3. *Room*: Spacious Japanese-Western room, tatami + bed. Clean and well-maintained. 4. *Location*: Right by the lake + short walk to shops. Buffet dinner had local Hokkaido food too.

The views of Lake Toya are excellent, and the restaurant serves delicious food with a rich buffet. The room was adequate. The front desk staff offer service in Japanese, Chinese, and English, which was a huge convenience. The price was also relatively reasonable. It's close to the bus stop.
