Из плюсов, отличный чистый отель. Номер брали делюкс на втором этаже. Удобная кровать, 4 подушки, что очень приятно. Номер тёплый, Ночью пришлось открыть окно, так как было жарко. Из минусов, неприятный запах от канализации на кухне, плохая шумоизоляция к сожалению не повезло с соседями и ночь прошла, очень, весело. Огромный стол, который не удобен, для комноты в 20 кв.

Для посещения оперы в горах, в рамках проходящего на Роза Хутор фестиваля классической музыки, решила остановиться в отеле Жрбелия. У отеля отличное местоположение, есть собственный бассейн. Мы приехали в отель в 14-30, номер был готов. На мой вкус, номер отличный. Не большой, но есть все необходимое, 2 кровати с великолепным постельным бельём, диванчик, стол, холодильник, кофемашинв, утюг, гладильная доска. Косметика для душа - нет слов, запахи и качество выше всяких похвал. В номере были тапочки, халаты, набор с зубному щетками. Если нужно что-то еще, по звонку на рецепшне все принесут. Завтрак великолепен, есть все и на любой вкус. У меня был день рождения и то, что отель поздравил меня сладким сюрпризом, было очень приятно. Зона бассейна чистая, светлая. Приятно окунуться в воду рано утром, до завтрака. На рецепшен можно купить трансфер до олимпийских объектов, где расположен пляж. Наличие билета на трансфер даёт возможность бесплатно пользоваться пляжем. В следующем году забронирую этот отель еще раз на несколько дней, что бы погулять в горах без суеты и толпы.

The huge minus of the hotel is the lack of parking and the full indifference of the staff where you can leave your car. Even loading your suitcases is not possible nearby. Breakfasts too were not impressed. I chose Grace, TK expected that they have uniform standards for service in the network. Плюсы: Приветливый администратор. Чисто, тепло (включают кондиционер на обогрев). Окна открываются . Дали номер на первом этаже и не пришлось тащить чемоданы. Можно постирать вещи за 450 рублей. Есть подогреваемый бассейн на улице . Есть баня за доп плату. В номере холодильник, мини бар, тапки. Можно оставить чемоданы на хранение бесплатно. Минусы: за ребенка в сутки берут + 1000 р. Моя мама сказала , что пыльно , но я не почувствовала.

Расположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.
