🌹✨We had an amazing stay at Cliffs at Peace Canyon! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, making us feel right at home. The pool was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was clean, spacious, and the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring Las Vegas. The hot tub was also a great bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the property was, even though it was just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and parking was easy and convenient. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, especially for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Cliffs at Peace Canyon to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Had a fantastic experience, the best in Las Vegas this trip. When checking in, the front desk mentioned a mountain view, and I casually asked if there was a room with a view of the Sphere. They said higher floors did, and upon learning we specifically traveled from Beijing, they upgraded us to the 58th floor with a Sphere view for an extra $30 per room. It was an excellent experience; the room was spacious with a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. You can ask the front desk for water refills, which are free. The service was great, and they even gave my child a backpack for the trip. To get to the Sphere, you can cross to the Nordstrom mall directly opposite the hotel, walk through to the Palazzo, and then straight to the Sphere. This way, you don't have to walk outdoors, which is a lifesaver in the Vegas heat. If you're unsure how to get through the mall, just ask a sales associate or the staff at the Trump hotel.

The service was much better than the reviews suggested. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. We even got a 57th-floor Sphere view room without tipping! Odd-numbered rooms offer great views but not of the pool. The Italian restaurant downstairs was delicious. The front desk also provided complimentary water and toiletries like toothbrushes. We even received chocolates upon check-in. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, my only minor concern is that the pool's cleanliness could be improved. Everything else was satisfactory, the hotel is very new, and the service was excellent!

The room I stayed in was one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in Las Vegas. The amenities were unbelievable. The service was phenomenal from the sports book to the bartenders. The food is off the chain, especially Charlie’s. If you wanted a quick bite to eat. The view from my room was perfect. I saw every hole on the golf course. The in room iPod made everything simple. The bathroom was spacious as well as the dining room. I love how the TV swivels from the bedroom to the dining room/office. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels in Las Vegas and this one has my rating AAA plus. Thanks again Steve win for building one of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas Vegas.

The front desk was really hard to find because the address on Trip.com was wrong... A taxi shouldn't have an issue, but if you're driving, search for the Wynn self-parking lot. The 'sandwich method' worked – we got upgraded to a room with a direct view of the big sphere and even received a $150 dining credit... However, I was initially confused why they deducted dining expenses daily, as I'd heard before that it was settled at the end. It was a bit frustrating, but Trip.com later explained it was just a pre-authorization, and the actual charge would be on the final bill... The entire hotel is very luxurious, with a decadent and opulent feel... Also, a heads-up: the free breakfast only includes the buffet.

The Jasmine Building #8 was great very clean had all I needed. Great location next door to Southpointe Casino. Away from all the madness but not to far away from the Strip. Smiths market down the street

The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.

The facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy, with comprehensive amenities and excellent service. The hygiene is clean, tidy, and orderly. The environment is beautiful and pleasant. The service attitude is great, especially warm. Hot water is available. It's very quiet.

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

One of the highlights of our stay was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The staff went out of their way to make sure our pet was comfortable, and there were plenty of trails nearby for scenic walks. Overall, The Retreat on Charleston Peak is a gem in the mountains. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled escape, this place has it all. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
