"The room was cold. And its difficult tonfin the hotel. Also the reception. The pillows of the bed are these huge 80x80 german pillows, difficult to sleep on for a person from the outside like me. But the breakfast its really good and full of good stuff. And the beds where clean."

"The hotel is alongside a busy road but you are not bothered by it during sleeping. Our room had access to the balcony that you share with four other rooms. No problem as you can easily lock off your room via the electric blinds. Also quite handy to darken the room as the curtains are not very dark and don't close very good. The hotel room was sufficiently spacious and had sufficient seating, but the bathroom was really small. It didn't have a working ventilation so everything got very damp soon. Also because the warm water regulation was difficult. Also the elevator is quite small. The staff was a bit distant, though there to help. The hotel has a separate garage for bikes as we were informed beforehand through quite direct messages and responses beforehand. Apart from that there is not a lot of facilities the hotel offers other than cold drinks from a central fridge. No fridges or coffeemaker in the room. Simple amenities in the bathroom. The entourage of the hotel is all a bit faint and there is hardly anything that you will remember of this hotel after a while."

"I was very disappointed about the hotel. When I was reading the ratings before staying there I was looking forward to stay there. After arriving I noticed a really offensive smell coming from drain in our bathroom. It smelled like a cesspool. We contacted the recepionist immediately and he assured us the housekeeping would come and taking care of it. What should I say, they were not able to cut off the horrible smell. We got in touch with the recepionist again and he offered to change the room for one night but had to return to room in the second night. I was travelling with an ill person and two room changes within two days meant to much stress above all the annoyance was still there. So we deciced to leave after a one night stay. The staff told us they would talk to the manager and in their opinion they shouldn't charge the second night to us and should reduce the rate for the first one. Two weeks after leaving Münster they emailed us, they won't lower the bill. I was appalled. In my opinion they won't care about the satisfaction of their guest. In summary I must say I would never ever stay there again above all the furniture and the room we had were old-fashioned and in bad condition in my opinion. Furthermore there were less parking space."

"Nice experience in Munster. The design of the building itself is great, we were discovering new features on every floor. For the room it is good, big and have a nice little balcony to sit on. Was only missing a second chair to sit outside together. See myself staying here again for my next visit to Munster."

"A great hotel that very successfully promotes the integration of disabled people and is located in the centre of the clinic. The rooms are not very spacious, but functional and new and high quality furnished. Breakfast is very good. From the early afternoon the restaurant is open with small but fine and precious dishes and drinks. So we had dinner here once in the evening instead of in the city and fourth time with wine, beer, aperol until 22:00. With the car, it is 10 minutes to Münster City, a bus stop is on the street about 300 m from the entrance of the hotel. The journey will then take a lot longer, but the parking fees in Münster are very, very high. I recommend the hotel warmest."

"The three of us stayed at the Marco Polo Hotel in Münster and were very satisfied. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt completely at ease. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent and a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!"
