"Check in process was slow and problematic. Kids were running around without employees doing their job. However, the bigger issue was concerning the room. There was a bracket for a smoke detector on the ceiling, but no actual smoke detector. This has to be an obvious safety violation. There was also duct tape holding the carpet down by the bathroom area and some very nasty black substances under the toilet seat and in the corners of the room. I emailed management but they didn't seem to care. I would avoid this hotel and pick something better closer to US 69 if at all possible."

"My room was dirty. The wash cloth had stains on it, and it was also dinghy. The toliet had dried pink stuff on the on it. The floor and shower were dirty. I asked to be moved to another room. I was moved to the room next door. The 2nd room also had stained and dinghy wash clothes. The bathroom floor and shower was dirty. The shower had dried soap in the shower. The floor was had hair and dust on it. The toliet had dried urine on the back of the toliet seat. The hallway was dirty and has not been vacuum. I decided to take the stair because the evelator took too long. The stairwell was trashy and extremely dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The front desk clerk wa nice and professional."

"There is such a strong smell of mold on the first floor. Carpet is saturated and a celing tile is bursting with mold.. do not stay here. Along with the problem, the staff is always above the customers problems, not caring about concerns or the safety of their guests"
