"Across the street from the hotel is a large store, convenient for shopping! The room is great! There was a problem with the reservation. We stayed on the 4th floor for one night, and then moved to the 5th floor for 6 nights. Something was left in the room on the first night, and the housekeeping manager (Chinese) was very serious in helping to find and deal with it. The housekeeping service is trustworthy! The sanitary conditions are very good. Several times, the manager personally checked the room and checked the hygiene, meticulously! However, the service at the front desk (***) was very unfriendly.
