Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel ★★★★
"The staff were friendly, but the air conditioner was too loud and disturbed my sleep. Also, the toilet made a loud noise when flushing (not the sound of water), which also affected my rest. The hairdryer was broken on the first day of my stay and was only replaced after I complained. Overall, the facilities were in poor condition, which will affect our decision to choose this place again."
Residence Inn Boston Needham ★★★
"The room is large, and you can spread out 3 large suitcases at the same time. There is a sofa bed suitable for adults and children to live together. I stayed here three times when I went to Boston to see my children. The main reason was to cook Chinese food for my children to replenish their Chinese stomach. The kitchen facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to buy Asian ingredients online, so it is very convenient to cook Chinese food. The front desk staff is very nice. I always order the ingredients online in advance and send them to the hotel on the day of check-in. The hotel front desk helped me to collect them, so I didn't delay when I checked in. When I returned to China in the later stage of the epidemic, I had to print the nucleic acid test results, and the hotel front desk also helped. In addition, there is a pot of coffee and a pot of hot water on the table outside the restaurant of this hotel every day. The hot water is matched with the tea bags next to it, but it is especially suitable for Chinese people who like to drink hot water, and they don't have to bring their own kettle."
Homewood Suites by Hilton Needham Boston ★★★
