Finally, the staff are friendly and efficient, very warm and attentive. The room view is fantastic, with great natural light and excellent hygiene. I'll definitely stay here again!"

This apartment-style hotel has terrible cleanliness throughout the building, from the underground parking lot to the elevator. The room smelled strongly of perfume, and there were all sorts of small cards behind the door. The sheets and quilt were dirty, and there were bugs under the pillow."

The drink was at the perfect temperature, but the only drawback was that the honey water was a bit weak and not sweet enough; adjusting the ratio would have made it even better. Overall, a fantastic experience, definitely worth choosing."

"First, check-in was slow, staff were deceptive, and the service attitude was poor. Upon entering the lobby to check in, I waited for 6 minutes even though no one else was checking in. The front desk staff replied that they were checking for any missing items and confirmed that the room wasn't still being cleaned. After entering the room, the housekeeping staff said the room had just been cleaned and was being aired out. If it had just been cleaned, they should have been honest, not concealing it. Second, in the room that had just been cleaned, there was a finger-length hair under the covers. I didn't take a picture at the time, and the staff had already cleaned it. Lying won't make you rich. Finally, the hotel service and facilities didn't match the price. My friend was visiting Neijiang, and I wanted to check this out first, but it was truly disappointing. I've attached two photos of the room before it was used."

"It's a very new hotel, and the rooms were very clean. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotels in many other places, but this was the first time I'd experienced this – going to breakfast at 8:50 AM and finding the counter completely empty. By 9:10 AM, they'd only refilled the salad and fruit, so I ended up having breakfast in the city center. Do they not make arrangements for holidays? Is it so difficult to know the number of guests a day in advance and calculate how much food to prepare for the next day? When I tried to get coffee, the machine showed it needed cleaning; when I tried to get soy milk, there were no cups available, so I ended up drinking from a bowl. It was a truly terrible breakfast experience."
