"Absolutely stunning! Although the journey was a bit bumpy, with a closed highway exit and a slightly difficult detour, the hotel's beauty completely won us over. We'll definitely stay here again. The hotel isn't large, but the management is meticulous and attentive. The rooms are impeccably clean, with impeccable cleanliness in every aspect. The balcony view is superb; you could easily spend a whole day there without getting bored. There's an outdoor bathtub in the public area; I'll definitely try it next time. The small garden is beautifully maintained, and the parking is spacious and safe. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's enough to fill you up, and the food is quite good."

"🏨Hotel Environment: The hotel is located in a quiet alley in Piano (two stops from Sorrento), blending traditional Italian style with modern minimalist design. The rooms are newly decorated, featuring a predominantly off-white and light wood color scheme, complemented by Mediterranean-style artwork, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A major plus is that each room has floor-to-ceiling windows or a small balcony, with some rooms offering direct views of the lemon trees in the garden and the distant bay. The public areas are equally well-maintained, with greenery surrounding the courtyard, tables and chairs under pergolas, and warm yellow string lights in the evening, perfect for a relaxing break. 🚗Location: The location is quite good. Although not in the center of Sorrento, it's very close to Piano train station, only two stops from Sorrento. We usually travel by train, which takes about five minutes to reach Sorrento. There's also a bus stop nearby, about a three- or four-minute walk, but the buses there are often delayed; we never encountered one that was on time, although there are many stops. Cleanliness: The cleanliness absolutely deserves a five-star rating! This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, with meticulous daily cleaning. From the bedding and carpets to the bathroom tiles, everything in the room was spotless. The bathroom facilities were brand new and had a separate shower and toilet area. The daily cleaning service was so thorough that even water stains on the mirrors were wiped repeatedly. Public areas such as the restaurant and corridors were consistently clean, and even the courtyard had very few fallen leaves. It's worth mentioning that even details like the air conditioning vents and window corners were free of dust, making it a perfect place for those sensitive to cleanliness. Service Experience: The manager, an Italian gentleman, was polite and unobtrusive throughout check-in and check-out. He proactively inquired about my plans each morning at breakfast and recommended suitable hiking routes based on the weather. His attention to detail was evident. The staff spoke fluent English and responded quickly to requests; the experience was truly excellent! Other Highlights: The breakfasts were freshly prepared and offered a wide variety of choices. Unforgettable, and the price was exceptionally good for Sorrento. Highly recommended for travelers seeking quality and a cultural experience!"
