"This is the most perfect place to stay in Nerja - could not fault a thing. The location is excellent you are 2 minutes away from all the main restaurants without having the noise element disturb you - it is extremely peaceful and quiet around the pool and within the rooms. The staff are brilliant and are well accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is no food, but this is not a problem as you want to be going out trying all the restaurants anyway - but there are plenty of shops nearby and the hotel are happy to give you cutlery to make sandwiches etc if needed. Must stay - would recommend this to anyone. We got engaged whilst we were in Nerja and I could not have picked a more perfect hotel to be staying in."

A supermarket 2 minutes walk up the road and a great bakery nearby too. Minutes walk from the beach. 10 mins walk along the carrabeo to the Balcon de Europa and all the shops bars and restaurants you could want. "

"The room is nice and it’s a good location. The biggest problem I have is very poor internet in my room. The only time it works constantly is early in the morning or very late at night. I have to leave the room and stand by the stairwell or go down to the lobby to contact friends. The staff is blaming my phone but I don’t have any problems at restaurants and bars connecting to their WiFi. Also I’ve been around France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy with no problems so I’m pretty sure my phone is not the issue. I would stay away from room 24 if your thinking of staying here."

"Apartments are excellent, right in the centre of Nerja near the Balcon. Our Apartment was facing onto Calle Pintada, yet quiet. Don't know about the Apartments facing Plaza Espana but there was building work ongoing very close to these. A big bonus was the Lift, we being of 'advanced years'.1 The Apartment was very clean, beds changed weekly & Towels every 4 days & equipped everything for our needs. Ana was very helpful and communicated exceptionally well. The TV had UK Channels but as it is wifi based there is constant 'buffering'. Obviously not a Fibre connection as 'speeds' could be very low."

"First of all, it has the potential to be a great hotel, location is ideal and the hotel room was big with a large terrace balcony. However, there were plenty of issues that customers need to be made aware of. Firstly, the A/C unit was leaking and left our balcony flooded and a bucket was left that we had to empty ourselves throughout our stay. There was no towel or bedding replacements during our stay. Bins weren’t emptied and we did not know where we could take our rubbish. The rooftop pool is supposed to be a non smoking area, but cigarette butts and ash completely covered the floor under the loungers meaning footwear had to be worn at all times. The pool ladders had also come loose which caused my pregnant wife to fall into the water when she lost her footing when the ladder moved from underneath her. Hairs on the bedding upon arrival and lights not working. The condition of the balcony was sub par with the turf peeling up where it had been flooded causing a tripping hazard and tiles along the balcony were smashed. No parking for the hotel and the carpark across the road is manned throughout peak times and was very difficult to park (not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind) Lastly but the biggest deal breaker in my opinion. The kitchen knife provided had actually separated from its handle and caused me to cut my hand while trying to prepare our dinner on our first night, not a great way to start a holiday. All in all, the hotel need a serious look at to review whether the product served is the product advertised as there was a lot of issues that could have been addressed before our arrival when we were made aware of our room being ready."

"It is a 5-minute drive from the Balcony of Europe and there is a free parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. The hotel room is large, but the sanitary conditions are average and there are many ants. The seaside vacation is very suitable, the Mediterranean scenery is beautiful. The front desk has a cold attitude towards tourists. The dinner buffet is not bad, 21 euros per person."

"I loved this little hotel run by a family who work so hard. My room was small but perfect with air con and good shower. It had a little balcony with a sea view which I loved. The mini fridge with drinks was very convenient as was the coffee to make in a.communal area nearby. The best part was the delicious fresh breakfast. The hotel is best for those who don't mind steps. The small pool and sunbathing area is so clean, peaceful and comfy.It was a short walk to Burriana beach or to the Balcon area. Very convenient to the local buses to Frigiliana, the Caves and the bus to Malaga to return to the airport. I want to return next year...."

"Location is stunning. Right on the beach with sea views. the Atmosphere is calm and never feels too busy, nice and calm. Rooms are basic enough but spacious and big sun terraces. Reception staff very easy to deal with. Very accommodating and friendly. Especially Doris, she’s friendly and good fun to chat to.. we found it to be good value especially this time of year."
