"We love location of this hotel. The rooms with sea view have the sandy beach below and you can hear the waves all through the night. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. We had a Turkish cleaner who was brilliant. Rooms very clean. Receptionists can be aloof but it could be down to a language barrier. Overall the hotel could do with better maintenance in the room."

"Had a great time. Food was plenyful for any kind of eater. Only gripe was, the food could of been hotter. The choices were for all kinds of eater. Rooms were adequate for us. Rado the manager was always helpful for any requests. There was a football tournament going on and the boys were quite ignorant, so we never had a chance to go in the smaller pool. Some ignorant guest too who would push past, or lean over you when getting food, also witnessed a boy pile his plate with nuggets, had a few of them and put them back in the food tray 😒🤬Apart from that we had a great time. Am booking again for 2027, would be next year but already booked a holiday. "

"As the sports team doctor traveling with a group of children, I have never encountered such unacceptable conditions at a hotel. Be prepared to experience truly miserable accommodation. The room was tiny despite being sold as a triple room. One of the beds was as hard as a wooden board and so uneven that you could easily wake up needing a chiropractor. The soap dispensers were almost empty from the very first day and were never refilled during our entire stay. Despite the amount of sand constantly accumulating in the room, it was obvious that nobody vacuumed for the entire seven days. The toilet cistern was defective and kept refilling all night long, producing an unbearable noise that made proper sleep impossible. The neighboring room was occupied by adults who played loud music until 2 a.m. every night. Every single morning, starting around 5 a.m., we were awakened by the sound of people vomiting. The hotel was fully aware that we were traveling with young children, yet they still chose to place us next to guests who clearly had no respect for other visitors. The dining area was filthy. Tables were dirty, hygiene standards were poor, and the staff constantly slammed plates and glasses while guests were eating, almost as if they enjoyed creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The food was excessively salty and greasy, and even the fruit was served dirty. Smoking was allowed on the restaurant terrace right next to children while they were eating. It is difficult to understand why the hotel does not provide properly separated smoking areas instead of exposing children to second-hand smoke. What was even more shocking was hearing members of the staff making body-shaming comments toward guests, essentially implying that people would “eat and become full of cellulite.” Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any hospitality establishment. The swimming pool had only a single row of umbrellas, meaning that unless you arrived extremely early, children were forced to stay under direct sun. As the physician responsible for the children in our sports team, I must also point out that several of the children developed diarrhea during our stay, which was an additional serious concern from a medical perspective. The only genuinely positive aspect of this hotel was the animation team. They were friendly, energetic, genuinely engaged with the guests, and always smiling. Their professionalism stood in stark contrast to the attitude of the rest of the staff, who consistently appeared annoyed and dissatisfied. This is, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not to families or sports teams traveling with children, and we will certainly never return."
