The housekeeper Xiaoying provides good service, and the children also like the hot milk sent in the evening. The overall environment of the hotel is also OK. It is built on the mountain, and you can have an outdoor barbecue. There is also a small inner lake with swans. It is also close to Hanling Old Street and Sheung Shui Camp. It is convenient and not tiring to stroll around the lake and then go back to the hotel. In short, it is quite suitable for parent-child travel.

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.
