My family and I traveled from Hungary and stayed here, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room is very new and has no peculiar smell. The hotel is not far from the river and the location is a bit remote. However, it is convenient to book a taxi online in Ningbo. It is about 1 km away from the Old Waitan. You can go there at night and take a boat. The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was very rich and self-service. The children actually ate a lot, and the waiter came over to talk to the children in a friendly manner. The hotel's front desk service is also good, and there are robots that deliver takeaways to the room. All in all very satisfied

Especially good, I am very satisfied with a very good value for money. The beds are quite new and clean. I live in 8215. The sound insulation is also good. The lighting design is very comfortable. There is no noise inside the community. The breakfast is useless. The design of the toilet door is very detailed. We chose this hotel to see the night view of the Old Bund, and it's right outside the door. The bar street is just a short walk away, and it's also close to the church, making it quite lively and atmospheric.

I was originally scheduled to check out at noon, but I had an appointment at MixC Mall in the afternoon, so I discussed it with the front desk and extended my stay until 2 pm without being charged extra for half a day's stay. My luggage was stored at the front desk for free, so I didn't have to drag my suitcase around shopping. There was a minor issue during my stay, but after messaging the front desk, they immediately sent someone up to check and resolve it – their response speed was commendable!

We stayed here with our family while visiting the Old Bund, and the location couldn't be better. Stepping out, you're right on the Bund's commercial street, making it super convenient for strolls along the river, enjoying the views, and trying out local restaurants. All the popular attractions are within walking distance, so no need to rush around. The room itself was spacious, with excellent amenities like soft bedding, blackout curtains, and a temperature-controlled bathroom. They even thoughtfully provided toiletries for the kids. The common lounge area was also fully equipped. The entire staff was incredibly warm and helpful; they proactively offered tips for the Bund night tour and even gave us some snacks for the kids, which was a lovely touch. Their service was gentle and discreet. We had a comfortable stay with all the facilities we needed, and the convenient location saved us a lot of travel hassle. Our whole family was very satisfied, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Ningbo.

The location is excellent and easy to find. Raffles City shopping mall is right next door, and the subway entrance is less than 30 meters away, making getting around incredibly convenient – Gulou is just one stop away. The night views are also beautiful, and it's very quiet.
