Every time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

This trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a smart hotel that completely changed my perception of accommodation! As an introvert and a lazy person, I'm absolutely thrilled 😭. ✅ Contactless facial recognition check-in means no waiting in line at the front desk. Just a face scan and you're in your room in seconds, giving you a complete sense of security. The whole-house voice control is amazing! Lying in bed, I just say ”Xiao Du,” and the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and TV are all controlled with a single command. Before bed, I say ”sleep mode” and the lights automatically turn off and the curtains close. In the morning, the ”wake-up mode” slowly opens the French windows, and I'm cured by the sunlight. 🤖 Robots deliver food and amenities, so you don't have to interact with anyone at all. This is truly the ultimate hotel for introverts!

Let's start with the location. It's super convenient for both getting around and dining, with Impression City, Baolong Plaza, and the subway station nearby. There are also plenty of delivery options available. This is my second year staying here, and the facilities are still well-maintained, and the hygiene is excellent. The lobby welcome drinks are a great touch: they offer cold beverages, hot water, and a variety of teas you can brew yourself, plus coffee. It's fantastic whether you want a cold drink when leaving the hotel or a warm coffee or tea when returning. The hotel breakfast is exceptionally good, and kids eat for free, which is a huge plus. The variety of food is impressive. This is a signature feature of their hotels, which is why Hampton by Hilton is always my first choice when traveling. I'll be staying here again tomorrow when I return to Ningbo.

Excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff (especially the lady) were super nice and accommodating, always willing to help. Great value for money, highly recommend!

I stayed on a Monday night, so hard to gauge the general liveliness and vibe that a weekend might offer. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom design was a little strange – the sink was outside the bathroom, but the sliding door to the bathroom means the door needs to be closed to access the sink. There were renovations happening when I was there, so I think the gym was closed. Overall though, was a good stay!

The room has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views! The buffet breakfast is plentiful! There's free popcorn and freshly ground coffee downstairs, and the subway station is right outside, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room is also very clean and tidy, and there's a laundry room and a gym. Parking is plentiful, and the service is excellent. I would definitely come back again.

The room design is perfect. I chose this hotel for my first business trip to Ningbo. The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to the subway/Tianyi Square/Old Bund. It is convenient to travel and find food. The room is clean and tidy, no smell, reasonable layout, good lighting, separate bathroom dry and wet, fast hot water, stable water pressure. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, soundproofed, and sleeps until dawn. The front desk service is efficient and intimate, and the surrounding area is actively introduced; the rooms are cleaned meticulously and supplemented in time. Overall comfortable and cost-effective, first choice for Ningbo. The front desk lady helped me upgrade the room type for free, thank you beauty!

Seriously, if you're visiting Ningbo, you *have* to stay here! Whether it's for business or leisure, the value for money is absolutely incredible. It's right in the heart of Yinzhou, with everything you could want for food, drinks, and entertainment just steps away. Taking a taxi to attractions costs barely anything, which is a lifesaver for lazy travelers like me! The minimalist wooden design is stylish and sophisticated, and the bedding is just the right firmness (a huge win for someone who struggles to sleep in new places). I slept like a baby until I naturally woke up. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic natural light, making every photo look like it's from a magazine. The front desk staff are all super friendly and always happy to help. Plus, there's even a robot that delivers your takeout right to your door, which really adds a sense of security.

Spotlessly clean – that's the best compliment I can give regarding the hygiene. Both the front desk staff and the housekeepers warmly greet everyone they encounter. It's rare to find such a 'warm' hotel these days. I really wanted to stay another day, but my travel plans didn't allow it, especially with the typhoon hitting just as I arrived. If it's still here next year, I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is very nice I think the higher the room prices, the better the room, didn’t like our room that much haven’t seen the shower caps,face soap or toothbrushes , no iron for clothes, no bath tub as I expected in my room but I think it’s because the price was average compared to other rooms, next time will pay for the one with abit higher prices to enjoy the experience. Breakfast is nice with multiple meals, the receptionist are very kind and welcoming 🥰 And the hotel is so compressed no enough space but everything else is wonderful 😍
