"I had the impression that Hampton Inn was one of the top motels, but the rooms here were a bit small, which was disappointing. It was quite difficult to move around with three people unpacking their suitcases. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options, as you'd expect from a Hampton Inn."

"They mixed up the names during the check-in. This can happen. However due to this I had no internet access and at the front desk nobody new next morning that I was there at all. The free breakfast was only coffee nothing else was available at 8 am. According to the staff this is known as, but the management doesn’t want to change anything. In my opinion they should not be allowed to advertise breakfast."

"Room very dirty and broken down. A/C old and doesn't work well. Bathroom door broken off frame, black stains all along caulking in tub, Owner/manager told us we were walking around too much in our room and on the property. Weekly rate was exhorbitant and they would only give us 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth for 2 people for 3 days. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies just to make the room acceptable. Do yoursel a favor pay a few bucks more for the Fairfield or even a Hilton property. I'd say you get what you pay for but not here you don't, not even close. Management is not customer service oriented. They could have a nice property if they made sure it was at least clean but my feet were black after mistakenly walking barefoot inside the room. Oh and their billing is wonky too. But they explained why so must be ok...."
