"Dear Sirs, The room safe and the air conditioning were both out of order. I had to ask the front desk for assistance on our second day. Furthermore, on the night of our arrival (June 11th) around 9:00 PM, we went to the hotel restaurant. Since we do not speak Portuguese, the first waiter we encountered was extremely rude; he walked away angrily and refused to take our order. After a long wait, another server finally came to help us. Even though we finished our meal quickly, we were still charged a service fee of over 10%."
