"The hotel has a good outlook. The staff are energetic and polite. Some facility is a bit old fashion. The main lighting switches are difficult to find and not obvious. The room is a bit humid and has some small buds from time to time. The breakfast has much less variety than a 5-star hotel and not quite worth for the charge (normally not included in the room rate). Charges for indoor pool and chairs/umbrella on the beach, not within expectation. The hotel has a lot of facilities for children."

"The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle bus. Frustrated, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. It happened to be rush hour and raining then, so the journey took over an hour and cost a whopping 13,750 JPY. Upon arrival, we found out that you needed to book the shuttle in advance, but Trip.com's customer service didn't mention this when we made our reservation. We not only wasted several hours but also incurred extra expenses."

"Stay was good. Location was near to Kadena Gate 2 so we parked our car on base and walked. The walk was ok even though you needed to walk pass many clubs to the hotel. Service was none. You checked in on a tablet and you are on your own. Bed was comfortable but pillows were hard. We normally brought our own travel pillows so not a big deal for us. My only recommendation is if they can have a locked entry to the hotel for security purposes. When we checked out early in the morning, we saw a drunk person sleeping on the couch in the lobby!"

"Located next to the famous Mihama Sushi, parking is available…though the space is small! There's a convenience store nearby, and a supermarket is a 5-minute drive away! The beach is a 5-8 minute walk away! Restaurants and recreational facilities are all nearby! Check-in is self-service, but it's easy! The rooms have a washer/dryer, and they're super spacious! The kids sleep in a different bed every day! So happy!"

"This hotel is located in the north-central part of the city. I stayed for four days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every morning, and the taste was just so-so. I didn't get a chance to try the hotel's teppanyaki. However, the public areas and facilities are quite good, and the service was also excellent."

"I got tired of the resort hotel by the sea and looked for a little strange accommodation. The room, which was renovated from the shop in Koza's shopping district, was very interesting and fashionable, with American retro furniture and a calm atmosphere. Black dust is full! (^.^; Maybe mold is flying around, and I used the washing machine, but behind the washing tank? There is also mold (^.^; both are related to health and hygiene, so should I deal with it as soon as possible? When. I think that breeding is fast because Okinawa is highly humid. Personally fatal was ... I woke up with noise in the middle of the night, but is it a loud noise from young people? But ... Thank you for a place where you're skating nearby It seemed that there were several young people, and they were up in a loud volume. And until about 5 in the morning. So I couldn't sleep. But for some reason, my partner was sleeping. I thought I could have earplugs... It was a weekend, so I thought I should avoid it. I'd like to try other rooms, but it's hard to sleep."
