"Checked in on a typhoon day, the streets were completely deserted 🌪️, and all the restaurants were closed. But the hotel became our strongest support! I was worried we'd be stuck eating instant noodles in the storm, but the hotel really went into 'fan-favorite mode' 💗: ✅ Heartwarming rescue 🆘: They gave out free, steaming hot curry rice 🍛 in the lobby. For stranded travelers, that warm meal was a lifesaver! ✅ Unlimited refills: The Club Lounge was incredibly well-stocked! Not only did they have various juices 🧃 and alcoholic beverages 🍾, but also Okinawan must-tries like peanut tofu (Jiimami Tofu) and Blue Seal ice cream 🍦. I really want to emphasize: the desserts and hot food here truly comforted me ❤️"

I could even board a bus that goes to American village. And I honestly like the washing machine and dryer here. Per wash is 200 Yen and dryer is 100 yen per 30 mins."

"This hotel is the only one disappointed us. Last stay at okinawa before fly out so we choose location first monorail service. 700m away When we reached we have no access to car park so we asked counter directed us behind block. Need to leave keys to the counter incase anyone needed to remove cars. If this inconvenient you then yes dont choose this hotel. Main worker is non Japanese and her English is not so fluent so it broke the communication but since we only need a night there as we reached for dinner and leaving next day 7am so we dont bothered much. The interior of the corridor and rooms is not as fashionable and considered the most expensive hotel for our entire stays in Okinawa + it doesn't comes with breakfast. The area within lots of eateries, we choose this eat all we want restaurant (pic1) because we saw the review, many people eating it, and the price is good. Overall, sorry to says it is not our options to stays for future."

"Location, food and service were excellent. The room was very spacious and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast is worth the money. Varieties of Ryukyu and western dishes were served fresh. They have a very interesting feature. Since we were staying only for two nights we didn't ask for room cleaning services. Just asked for towel replacements. So they offered gifts. The only drawback was the timings of the hotel amenities - pool and sauna. These facilities are available only from 8am -9pm. As a tourist, this is the time when I will travel for sightseeing. I would have liked to use these facilities to relax after a long day of outdoors. We could use none. What's the point of having these facilities then? The timings should be then mentioned on booking sites."

"I love the stay at Mecure Okinawa Naha. The hotel is conveniently located with the train station outside the hotel. You can take the train to Kokusai Dori conveniently. There are also family mart and Donki just 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel is king size bed and well maintained, clean and non smoking Definitely will visit this hotel again in my next Okinawa trip."

However, the service is mediocre because the front desk is usually unattended for self-checkout, making it hard to find help when needed."
