Hampton Inn & Suites Orem ★★★

📍 851 W 1250 S, Orem

"The service is very good, the bedding is soft and clean, and it is very comfortable to cover. It is suitable for families and children to stay. The breakfast tastes good. The parking lot is large and has many parking spaces. There is a car wash, gas station, Ihop restaurant within 100 meters, and Walmart within 500 meters, so it is very convenient to buy daily necessities."

"The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location exactly where we needed it to be. The breakfast is mediocre but not terrible. Not a whole lot of options for being advertised as "full hot breakfast". But the stay was good overall."

"The room is pretty good, the bed is very comfortable, and you can see the snow-capped mountains directly when you open the curtains, which is very beautiful. But the breakfast was terrible"

Holiday Inn Express & Suites OREM-NORTH PROVO by IHG ★★★
"The bathroom appeared to have black mold on ceiling and tiles. The bathroom door and area was heavily damaged by someone else’s dog. The room smelled like a goodwill store. Could hear all noises from adjacent rooms, including 2nd floor. Having room with door going outside was loud with car noises and people coming and going loudly. Maybe the non pet friendly rooms were better, but spending $157 for this room felt like robbery. Motel 6 would have been better. I feel like we should get a refund."

"The staff was nice. The room itself was just okay. The closet door was broken so it woul not shut. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the room had some interesting sounds. I believe it was the fridge. As for the TV, you have to use your phone to connect to it. It was weird and kind of frustrating. It took a few minutes to figure it out. The bed was good and plenty of towels to use. We probably will not stay there again"
