"The reception was very friendly and helpful. As Strasbourg airport does not operate 24 hours, the reception was able to help me book a taxi to pick me up at 4am. Location wise, there is a bus stop within 6 mins walk but the bus only operates until 8pm and after that time, you will have to walk quite a distance using other transportation. In terms of distance from the airport, it's about a 15 minutes car ride. The room was comfortable and clean and shampoo and body wash were provided."

"“I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I went there with my school, and the staff was always rude and inefficient. On the first day, I sat on the toilet to take care of natural needs, and it broke in a way that was unsafe for my health. After the cleaning lady passed through, the toilet was deliberately broken even more so that the hotel could keep my deposit money. Breakfast was decent, but lunch and dinner were disgusting. The food was terrible, and the hotel’s overall build quality was awful!!!”"
