Aloft Dijon

Disappointing experience Stay at Aloft Hotels was disappointing. The towels provided were dirty/stained, which is unacceptable. When I reported it, staff responded in a condescending way, saying they had been hearing about this “for 48 hours” and that the towels were “just stained.” This is not an acceptable standard. I was also contacted after 9 PM to replace the towels while I was putting my daughter to sleep, which shows poor consideration for guests. Overall, unprofessional attitude from management and a lack of basic hygiene standards.

Top hotel. Nice and cozy. Great breakfasts. The only little nuisance is loud door closing mechanisms in all the rooms which make you wake up early in the morning.

Overall the stay was ok but the quality and amenities feel more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star

Very good location, public parking next to the hotel. Room are large and nice. I loved the location as walking distance to city center, shop.. have swimming pool and facilities.

Excellent service, best location to be if you want to visit Dijon city .

hotel is in the right centre of the city, room is big and clean. Restroom is too small for a family room which basically has no space to put stuff

Great hotel and good location. Parking is just opposite the hotel.
