Heritage Hotel Quincy

Heritage Hotel Quincy

📍 300 Gardner Expy, Quincy
★★ 8.8 (101 reviews)

"Stayed for 3 nights - checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on a Monday morning. Got the ADA room and was mostly okay with it (I never turn down a walk-in shower), but was put off by the fact that there was nowhere to hang clothing and nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. Luckily I didn't need to hang anything, but this would have been a problem if I'd brought dress clothes. As for where to put toiletries, I ended up placing the portable shower seat next to the sink and using that surface. Hopefully the seat had been cleaned sometime between someone having their bare butt in it and me using it as a shelf. For the life of me I can't figure out why people design hotel rooms without bothering to know if they'll actually work for staying in. I also wasn't thrilled with the "breakfast" on offer. Engineered "omelet" and packaged, processed junk is NOT breakfast. There was absolutely nothing healthy on offer other than fruit - which was the stuff the grocery store didn't want. The good things about the hotel include staff truly striving to satisfy the customer, a clean room (including the carpet), a location within walking distance of many of Quincy's major attractions, and plenty of parking. But the parking lot itself badly needs repaving (it poured one afternoon and my feet and shoes were soaked because of the rivers running through the parking lot). In any event, there are some improvements that could be made, but I enjoyed my stay overall and would put the hotel on my list of places to stay should I return to the area in the future."

Lighthouse Inn & Suites

Lighthouse Inn & Suites

"The Lighthouse Inn & Suites has earned all 5 stars! We were very pleased amd highly recommend. Just a few highlights: Spotless clean, newlyrefurbished/updated, amazing and unique decor, well stocked, very spacious, assigned parking right outside suite door, very quiet, well lit outside, and touch pad entry. Special shoutout to Gully, who was was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond."

Lighthouse Inn & Suites ★★★★
"Lighthouse Suites is a nearly new totally refurbished little motel just at the edge of Hannibal. All the suites are very large units consisting of two rooms, bedroom and living room with kitchenette as well (fridge, microwave, dishes). Large screen TVs in both rooms with huge array of channels. Very comfortable bed. Everything is super clean and super modern. Easy access to all that Hannibal has to offer. Quiet."
