"Here's a serious review of this four-star hotel in Mulei, which we had high expectations for. Overall, the facilities were good, but the service and surrounding environment were just average. The facilities were nice, and the bed was comfortable. Here are some suggestions: 1. Hygiene needs improvement. There was obvious sand in the sink in the bathroom outside the suite, and black lint in the bathtub inside. There were black stains on the sheets. 2. I suggest providing hand towels next to the sink. 3. Breakfast was simple, but it included the basics: fried eggs, boiled eggs, steamed buns, and milk tea. 4. Since a bathtub is provided, disposable bathtub bags could be provided. 5. Front desk staff training should be improved. The front desk service was mediocre; they clearly didn't know what items were in the room. Also, the hotel landline was useless; we couldn't get through to the front desk. 6. There's been road construction nearby recently, with construction noise starting at 7 am, which was very noisy. Also, the new hotel has a strong smell of renovation; the sofa and bedside table in the suite smelled unpleasant."
The food they cook is very delicious! The dishes are all green vegetables grown in their own fields, tender and fragrant. The only fly in the ointment is that the water is cut off and there is no water to take a bath. The Moon Land Village feels at home. Walking around the village, there are many homestays, and each home is hospitable.
The room has double doors and a little window above the bathroom. The ventilation is not good!
The overall stay experience is poor, and the store operation is too careless. I need to add a quilt at night, and I barely give it after a long communication. All services are based on saving money first, and I care about it everywhere. There is no intimate relaxation that a homestay should have. The housing environment is ordinary, the service attitude is stingy and prudish, the price is very low, the bed board is relatively hard, and the list is placed on the mattress. It is not recommended for tourists who pursue a comfortable living experience.
Advantages: light food, high price, a small portion of cold eggplant 🍆25.
