The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, parking is convenient, breakfast is rich, the reception is warm, the facilities are complete, washing and drying are available, the bedding is comfortable, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it!

LLeon_039This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Ruili. The facilities are truly high-end, and the service was impeccable. They offer a very spacious private parking lot, and the breakfast spread was incredibly extensive. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, providing meticulous and attentive service. All my travel companions, especially the seniors, were thoroughly satisfied and happy. Absolutely a five-star experience!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

LLondonChrisI chose this place for its proximity to a park. My 8th floor room opened onto the roof top terrace, which I appreciated. There is a handy grocery shop next door, that sells chilled beer. Ruili is too big and over developed for me now, and the bus station has moved from the town centre. Here's photos of the bus routes and timetables.

MM608391****The room is clean and tidy, the price is reasonable, the toiletries are complete, and the service is warm and thoughtful. There is a No. 1 bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. You can go directly or transfer to Yizhailiangguo, Bianzhai Hansha, Jiegao National Gate, Sino-Myanmar Brother Street, Comprehensive Passenger Transport Station, Jielejin Pagoda, Dushuchenglin and Mori Tropical Jungle. Opposite is Fortune Plaza, which has various snack bars, restaurants and eateries, very convenient.

GGuest UserYou can understand by looking at the pictures. This hotel is indeed old enough. The interior is not bad, but it is convenient for parking. It is right at the door. It is a bit lacking in hygiene. The toilet seat is hard to understand. If you change it, why not change it to a matching one? It's hard to go to the toilet, and the most important thing is that there are no charging plugs around the bed, which is very inconvenient. It really needs to be updated! I hope the store can improve it. There are vegetables and rice noodles for breakfast!

Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet. The third room has a washing machine refrigerator and a disposable bath towel. The fourth front desk is warm and the attitude is very good. To say that the disadvantage is that the sanitary condition is general, the corners are not cleaned up very seriously, I don't know if it is the reason for the pet-friendly room, the sofa is tattered, and there are many stains on the wall.

The mattress is moderately soft and hard, a good night's sleep, sound insulation is also good, and the noise in the corridor and next door cannot be heard. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the front desk staff with a friendly smile and efficient professional service.
Special thanks to the meticulous service of the housekeeping department, the hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the shopping center, and it is very convenient to travel.
Whether it is hardware facilities or humanized services, it is impeccable, and it is definitely worthy of the standard of quality service! I have recommended it to all friends, and I will definitely choose here again next time I travel!
