刘刘Hotel-class B&B. The room was very clean, the equipment and furniture were very new, and the building was quite new. The boss was very enthusiastic. The beautiful big bed forgot to take photos, and the new sheets were covered with a rose. The things in the bathroom are all available, and the most impressive is clean, exquisite and thoughtful. Breakfast is also simple and clean, the dishes taste refreshing, and the knife is exquisite. The sofa in the public living room is comfortable and spacious, with a hanging basket and two lift dryers, and it is no problem to live for a few more days.

GGuest UserThe rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, and the standard rooms have 1.35-meter beds. Welcome gifts include fruit and drinks, and departure gifts include a small snack bag, which the kids loved. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the parking lot is large with charging facilities. Lucheng Park is right next to the hotel, offering opportunities for hiking. Suitable for family trips, highly recommended.

GGuest UserI have seen it many times before but never had time to come. This time I went on a short vacation with my husband and it was my first time to visit Qinling Mountains on the west slope. The mountains are very quiet, the air is fresh, the sky is blue and the clouds are white. The house is also a single-family house, and the butler service is super good. I stayed here for one night and felt very comfortable here, so I stayed another night. There is a stream next to the B&B. The water is very clear, and it is also suitable for taking children to play. There are also vegetables and fruits grown in the yard that can be picked. It is planned to snow this year. You can experience the day again, with different seasons and different scenery. Come to me.

Check-in was quick and we were given a pass for free entry to vineyard and two small bottles of wine. An extra key card was also provided upon request. No deposit had to be made.
The receptionist didn’t seem to have a lot of experience in handling booking confirmations shown in English language, but they quickly found it in their system instead.
Rooms:
Quite spacious and with all the furniture. It had a sofa set, 4 chairs with side tables along with a working desk and chair as well. Bedroom had a king size bed and a side sofa as well. The living room had a small balcony which allows you to enjoy the view outside. The lights were automatic and all buttons were touch operated.
Air conditioner took some time and were not always able to reach the desired temperature. Luckily the weather was good.
Amenities:
The mini bar refrigerator seem to have been removed during our visit; but there was tea, coffee and two complementary water bottles, a big 5 liter jar of drinking water was also in the room which only costed 5 RMB. We didn’t try the gym but a walk around the pond was quite pleasant.
Bathroom:
The bathroom was big, fitted with a bathtub and good water pressure. Hot water was always available but not sure why it was yellow in color; should be fine for bathing I guess.
The shower only worked in one mode and drain seemed a bit broken. Shower gel bottle was only filled up to a quarter of its capacity but seemed enough as we didn’t have to ask for a refill. There was no shaving kit found among disposables but all other items were there.
Service:
The room service was great and the food that we ordered from hotel restaurant arrived within 20 minutes. They also cleaned the room when we went out in the morning and provided a fresh set of towels and other amenities. Reception always provided the directions but no one accompanied us to the room after check-in. They always had a smile on and helped us with all our queries.

GGuest UserIt feels very good. It is a very good hotel in Zhenan with good value for money. The room was very clean, and the facilities and equipment were complete. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, especially Manager Huang in the lobby. The service was considerate and thoughtful. She introduced me to local specialties, tourist attractions, and helped me book a taxi in advance. Thank you very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also great, the cold dishes are very refreshing, and the overall taste is good. It is a pleasant stay experience, and I will stay here in the future!

MMuyunchuI had a really great time at this hotel recently. From the moment I walked in, I was attracted by the elegant environment and enthusiastic staff. The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and warm, making people feel like home. The hotel's catering is also excellent, whether it is Chinese or Western cuisine, everyone is full of praise.
In addition, the hotel's location is also very convenient, close to attractions and business districts. Here, I can easily explore the beautiful scenery of the city and taste local snacks. All in all, I was very impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

The rooms are very clean, all things are working well. hot shower, very very cosy and clean beds.
I will definitely come again amd bring my guests there,as this hotel is now my number one in Shangluo.
There's a local food street and several big supermarkets just around the corner, very convenient location.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, situated on the outskirts of the county town with convenient transportation. There are residential areas, snack shops, and the Huaxi Lane scenic area nearby, which is worth exploring in the evening. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are good. The environment is clean, the linens are clean, but the bathroom water temperature is low. However, it's important to note that there is a construction site nearby, starting work at 8:00 AM, making one side of the twin room unsuitable for late risers. This booking includes a late check-out policy of 2:00 PM. I intended to take a nap after lunch, but someone rang the doorbell once around 1:00 PM and again just after 1:00 PM. Please respect this service and do not disturb guests before check-out time.
