I visited during peak tourist season in Bashang, and a night's stay inside the scenic area cost over 500 yuan, with really bad food 😭. The next day, I randomly found this farmhouse near the scenic area entrance, and it turned out to be quite good. It was much cheaper than inside the scenic area, and the food was much better. Many home-style dishes were only 20-30 yuan, and the portions were huge—it was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and bright with great views, and quite clean. Breakfast was 10 yuan per person, all-you-can-eat. The alkaline steamed buns and leavened flatbread were my favorites, just like mom's cooking 😸. Overall, it was good, and I'll definitely come back next time!
