GGuest UserDas Hotel schien ausgebucht zu sein. Es gab somit keine ausreichenden Parkplätze aber auch nicht genügend Plätze zum Frühstück. Somit entstanden Wartezeiten, welche unnötig waren. Das Personal war aber durchgehend freundlich und versuchte die Situation zu regeln.

In addition, check in is online, the reservation number to be filled in is not easy to find, and Trip.com's order number is not the same thing, it took the boss to get the check-in procedure, the result of the mobile phone can not display the door password, check in for a long time, change the mobile phone to see the password.

FFulinteluyunThe hotel room left a deep impression on me! See the real chapter in the details: the bed is clean and odorless, the towels are fluffy and soft, and the quality of toiletries is good. The room has good lighting and a wide view. Special praise service: the front desk responded promptly, the room was cleaned meticulously and thoughtfully, and the small problems encountered (such as WiFi switching) were quickly solved. The room is fully equipped (minibar, safe, etc.), and easy to use. The overall environment is quiet and the rest quality is high. Although the price is not the lowest, the quality environment and service are completely worth the price and it is a very pleasant stay experience!

GGuest UserOverall we were very satisfied with the stay and service. The only criticism we have is the availability of the hotel with the car. After three attempts we gave it up. The transit through construction sites was not possible everywhere. We have finally placed our car in a parking house.
